Small orders are OK, great for my small business and prototyping! Flat-rate shipping is great too, and it's super fast.

The service was quick, I had delivery in 3 days! Packing was a little crude, I ordered brass tubing (square) and it was packaged with 4 pieces in shipping tube without any wrapping on individual pieces and the brass was scraped.

Using the perforated .12 stainless steel was fantastic as replacement grill grates. It worked great and no warping. Also because the holes are so small I can grill veggies directly on it next to the brats. I love this company. I had to make a change after ordering and they were very responsive and helpful. I always have a project going on so I’m sure I will be ordering again soon. Also the shipping was quick too.

The pieces arrived early, were well-packed, and so nicely cut that five minutes of light filing made them ready for use. I've been doing business with these guys for years and they are slippery. When they have cash flow issues, they have sales, but beware....For example, they're currently running a 35% off sale. I went to reorder and the items were MARKED UP 35% from my previous order. You can make your own conclusions.
