Ordered a lockable filing cabinet, lovely quality however it was sent without a key to unlock the drawers. I got in contact with the company and they sent me a replacement key in under 24 hours, so overall very happy with the service :)

We found the perfect large office table in terms of size, style and price. The delivery was great and it really adds to the space we have for senior team meetings.

Filing cabinets with individually locking drawers are surprisingly hard to find! Online reality had exactly what I was looking for at a good price for a good quality item. The delivery date first given wasn't going to be convenient for me and was easily changed by email for a better date. Very pleased with everything.

Got an email at 9.25 to say unable to deliver when phoned up to ask why no body had rang me when at site ,said it's at the drivers discretion and now they want another £45 .00 to deliver again we are an office so why would you try to deliver 1hour 15 minutes before we open at 9.00 ridiculous

The sales staff is efficient and helpful, but their delivery system could be better. Delivery schedules and tracking numbers are not available, so no delivery information is available, and deliveries turn up unexpectedly. We missed one of the deliveries, and it took two weeks for another to be delivered (this time no information or tracking details either).

We ordered a cabinet, it arrived damaged so they sent another one which also arrived damaged. They arranged a collection for both damaged pallets, since then we have had no contact, we have been emailing them asking when the refund will be issued and no one seems to want to reply. It seems they are happy to take your money but not so obliged to send it back! we will not be ordering anymore cabinets from them, the last 6 we have ordered all arrived damaged and because we did not check these straight away we have had to keep them as they only give you 5 days to report the damage. Rubbish customer service when you have an issue!

Superb and Elegant Chairs

I bought Babatti Stackable Chairs for our Church patio. I was looking for nice and durable chairs for our use and searched through various websites and I was impressed with Café Reality chairs. To start with I bought a single chair to see the quality first. The chair arrived in three day, I presented it to our church council for their approval and it was one of those rare occasions that everyone unanimously loved it and approved it!

The chairs are sturdy, made of finest material, well designed and extremely comfortable for your back. They are available in various vibrant colours; we went for the orange colour. Whether you use them indoors or outdoors, it will not loose its charm and attraction, absolutely exquisite and good value for money. Highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'm very happy with office reality's prompt replacement of a screen damaged during transit.

We have used online reality before and everything was perfect. This time however we ordered two chairs, one was damaged.
We asked for a replacement and they sent us a part and refused to replace the expensive chair.
After many emails we gave up and fitted the part but the chair back will not move and as we didn't have the correct tools the back of the chair is marked

Purchased the Oncorr Poly chairs from Edu-quip, part of the Onlinereality group.

The product is fantastic, the vibrant colours of the chairs looked even better than the photos. It brightened up our new children's play centre and everyone loves it.

We ordered a 3 drawer wooden filing cabinet for home use and were very pleasantly surprised to have it delivered within 24 hours of placing the order. The only assembling required was to fit the drawer handles, which was very simple. We are very pleased with the quality of this product and would certainly use this company in the future.
