I have ordered office furniture, filing cabinets and privacy screens over the course of the past 18 months. Online Reality have delivered on time and timely responses to queries. Great customer service and quality of their products i s very good.

Quick delivery and good correspondence keeping us updated. Even when a delivery was missed, it was rescheduled promptly, with lots of communication.

Tables themselves are strong and just what we needed for our pub.

I accidentally put the totally wrong delivery address, I called up and was told they would update to the correct address, no issues. The desks arrived when they said they would, and were easy to put together.

Good service for the most part and good communication. Seemed slightly short with me when I requested an invoice and update on delivery dates.

Completely failed on the promise of next day delivery.

We bought specifically because the product was advertised as next day delivery. All day we've waited, and at 16:29 after two missed calls (us to them), a voicemail and two emails, I've reached one of their team. I can't fault the customer services adviser, but apparently the desk wasn't loaded onto the van in time this morning (despite ordering at c. 1:30pm the prior day, with 3pm being the cut off) so the desk is actually on a 2 day service.

I could have picked from so much more choice at a better price if I could have been afforded some honesty about the possibility of not receiving the item today. I paid extra because it was time sensitive.

Complete failure, and if I had been told yesterday this wouldn't be delivered until Friday, I would have went elsewhere.

Another company incapable of fulfilling it's offer. You shouldn't be offering any sort of next day service, let alone advertising it and charging more.

UPDATE: Ordered Wednesday for next day delivery. As mentioned above, it was finally delivered Friday. After disconnecting computers and removing the old workbench etc, during assembly, it comes to light were missing two modesty panels that hold the table together. Close inspection of the delivery labels show 1/3, 2/3 but obviously the missing third box which the courier should have noticed! Called customer services and was told around 1pm they would find out if the driver could return. Knew full well they wouldn't and I had to chase for an update at 5.30pm. It's a bank holiday (hence urgency as we're still working!!) and they now think the earliest I'll get the outstanding items is next Wednesday. A week after ordering. Shambolic.

We ordered a folding whiteboard for the office which is also magnetic. The board is high quality and just what we needed. Our office is not the easiest to find or delivery to as it's on the 1st floor. The delivery man was extremely helpful and brought it up a very difficult set of stairs.

From start to finish we have received both excellent advise and communication. The configuration of color scheme for our Room dividers was quite complex and was delighted that we have today received absolutely what we were hoping for and will do exactly what it is we want them to do.

very poor service
1. The delivery guy asked me to offload all 10 tables including 2 pallets from the truck , he didn't even agree to deliver it to the doorstep.
2. tables pre made screw holes were not matching with the legs. I provided the pictures and proof but customer service stopped responding.
I spent £200 on a handyman call out which he was not able to assemble the table.
previously ordered tables from different suppliers and didn't have these issues. tables were matched with legs and they even delivered inside the building.

I ordered a table for our motorhome from Online Reality. It was perfect.

Great experience from start to finish.
This was our second order in the past 3 years for office furniture. Website is easy to use and the 'download basket' function is very handy.
I had a question about some of the products, so i emailed and got a response really quickly.
very happy with the experience and we will definitely use again in the future.

The product looked good but service totally unacceptable. Delivery date passed without comment from supplier.. You did not call to explain the position until asked. You failed to meet your delivery commitment with no apology offered. It was not the factory that lost this sale. It was sales staff lack of interest for the customer and not being open and honest. Had you been so the sale might still have gone ahead but were not so business goes elsewhere
