Top Quality Prices And Service.
Great service when wrong item was supplied it was swapped over no problem this is
something that can be lacking with online retailers but 1 phone call and problems sorted imediately.

Great products, great prices, great service!
This site is great, the products are all really good and far cheaper than what you'd get in the pet shops. I've made 3 purchases from this store and each time it has been delivered quickly and well packaged. I bought some live food with one order and it arrived safe and well. I would recommend this site to anyone interested in reptile or invert keeping. Brilliant!

Lovely company to do business with
I have used the Online Reptile Shop twice now for big orders and on both occassions the goods were received within 48 hours as a complete order (none of this dribs & drabs coming through like I have experience with some companies).
Before buying I had questions on some of the products and emailed the company and I got a prompt reply which was businesslike but really friendly and they were willing to share their experience with reptiles and some of the finer points of vivarium set ups.
All in all I can say that dealing with the Online Reptile Shop has actually been a pleasurable experience if you can say that about shopping!
I will definately continue to use them as long as their prices are competitive of course!

Can not fault in any way
These guys are the best.
Very good with response times in regards to emails.
Always received order the following day.
Live stock are good to feed to your pets straight away.
Prices are insanely cheap when compared to other providers.

Fantastic service, helpful and knowledgeable....
Just a 1st class service. I do not own Fluffy (the bearded dragon) but am charged with his welfare during work time (I'm a housekeeper). Although I have dogs, cats, chickens and a horse, I have never had a reptile...... Reptiles Online have been very helpful and answered some very daft questions from time to time. As long as Fluffy is here I will continue to use/recommend them........

Reliable service, excellent products
I have used the online reptile shop on a few occasions. I find their products arrive exactly as described and when promised and their email updates regarding delivery are great. Also had cause to return one item because of my own error and Paul made this very straightforward and offered good advice regarding other products.
