We bought 2 tickets for the UEFA Champions League in Madrid a month ago for over 6000 Euros each. The day before we fly, we are asked to scan them a copy of the credit card and a copy of our passport (no reason given why). Then when we arrive a day before the match, we are asked to scan another document confirming the address of the hotel and delivery will be arranged once they get that scan. No one answers the number given on the website. NOBODY! 6 hours later, we are asked to print and scan another document. This time, they tell us that the category that we booked the tickets for is full and we have to be downgraded. They will refund us 150 Euros per ticket (for a ticket we later realised is 3000 Euros cheaper than what we paid for!!) - and they want us to sign that we are ok with the downgrade and won't claim for a full refund. The next morning (the day of the match) at 4am, we get another email asking for yet ANOTHER scan to disclaim any refund from them. By then we had already googled reviews for them and found this site - realising that we have probably been SCAMMED and they also SCAMMED a ton of other people. I threatened them to send me the tickets by 3pm Madrid time (game was at 9pm that night and stadium opens at 6pm) or I WILL SEEK LEGAL MEANS TO GET A BLOODY FULL REFUND OF MY 2 TICKETS AND ALL THE 4 SCANS I HAD SENT BEFORE WILL BE NULL AND VOID AS IT ASSUMES THE DELIVERY OF TICKETS. At 2pm, we get a call that the tickets were getting hand delivered by 3pm. That's when we find out that the tickets are like the cheapest of all the categories and worth 3000 Euros (per ticket) less than what we paid for. And they are going to refund us 150 Euros per ticket. WHAT A BLOODY CON JOB!! Even then, we weren't sure if the tickets were fake or real... Basically, I think this company NEVER had the SUPPLY OF TICKETS to match the DEMAND and the MONEY they collected. They OVERCOMMITTED and then just tell people that due to 'security reasons', their tickets are CANCELLED. And I pretty much bet they never get refunded. I don't understand why a website like that can continue to exist and continue to CON and SCAM innocent fans of their hard earned money. It's disgusting and disgraceful that people like that continue to exist with no conscience of their scam jobs! PLEASE NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. If someone can SUE them, please do it! Never been so frustrated with such unprofessionalism and bad service from an online ticket website.

This should never be allowed to happen – These people have no morals and completely out to scam their customers.
We purchased 4 tickets to the UCL Finals in Madrid at 2,200 Euros (each) weeks ago!
The email chain with onlineticketexpress confirmed several times the purchase was successful and that our tickets would be delivered to our hotel in Madrid 48 hours before the game but four Days before the game, we get an email casually informing us the tickets were cancelled for some bogus security reasons. Its absolutely outrageous! They have no empathy, no understanding about the beauty of the game and what we “THE FANS” go through mentally, emotionally and financially to make it to these events. I traveled all the way from Hong Kong and ended up watching my team “Liverpool” become champions of an historic sporting event on a flat-screen TV in a Madrid restaurant.
I need legal advice and want to go after these scum.

I really don’t know how this scammers are operating! And why trustpilot allows them to use a good rating on their website while the rating is shocking! They really need to be sued for what they are selling. We bought a tickets the tickets for the UEFA Quarter Final with them and the day when we arrived in Porto we only found out that this is not the tickets we paid for and not the seats we booked! (At least by what I see here and many ppl didn’t even get their tickets, we got it, but we paid a lot of money for the good seats, so we can enjoy the game. At the end they told us they will refund us 20 Euro per ticket (which is a joke really of what we actually paid) and however this refund still is not send it’s more then a month! I just thing how that’s how they operate and I am sure they are just a bunch of scammer. Their “support” team is based in Barcelona and they absolutely useless and extremely rude! I glad I advise many ppl not to buy the tickets for the final with the final from them, yet I see there are ppl who still bought it just like we did, because they use fake reviews on their website and I lot of people are being scammed by them!

I too was left disappointed by this company for the Eufa Champions League. The cancelled my ticked the day before the game (after I had traveled thousand's of miles) due to some bogus reason. Unsure whether I will ever get refunded.
No customer service - no one to talk to.

They should be ashamed of themselves. What a disgrace.

I got two tickets for Champions finals, for my parents. they travel all the way from South America and tickets never arrive.
Update: At least they gave me my money back.

Sat forlorn outside the stadium with my Wife. 25min to kick off and no way to seek help. Standby status. Wth!? 16hr from Singapore and overpriced hotels. All for nothing. Something needs to be done.

Onlineticketexpress scammed me and my mate. All day they advised the tickets on standby for risk review on documentation, all day we were in touch on the messenger service on the website - were advice was wait and we will receive the tickets. Whilst we gave up Long ago - it’s now 825pm, 35min before kick off and the website still shows our booking on standby with all our details. This is a scam organisation and needs to be stopped. UEFA need to get on TOP of these scam organisations. We paid EUR4.5 per ticket and I am sure they re-sold these for twice and three times the price. Disgusting operation!

Scammed like the rest of you, 3 tickets downgraded to completely different areas, with no garentee that we still would get the tickets, if they offer you the same don’t go for it, they will scam you’ll again

Trust Pilot. How can you allow this company to use your logo with a 5 star rating? They have 1 and that is because 0 is not an option. I have been left stranded like many others in Madrid with no tickets and loads of expenses. I wouldn’t mind they just won’t tell you what’s going on. We must all join together to close this company

I paid and tickets confirmed for category 2 X 3 tickets for over & 7500 euros over 2 months ago and friend as well from my country in South Africa did the same for one ticket for over 2500 euros, we came all the way from home to attend the soccer match live and now we will be forced to watch the match at pubs, hotels etc while we spend a fortune to come over to Spain, Madrid. We are told only today that due to security reasons that couldn't be meet our tickets have been cancelled and we will be refunded in 30 days and my friend a few hours before the match he is being told that his tickets are on standby and they will get back to him.

I have traced their office address to be in Barcelona at a business office park with the address Sant Cugat Business Park, Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona. I've asked a friend who is presently in Barcelona to go and verify if the offices exist.

Everyone that has been party to this scam we should come together and hunt the criminals and take them to task, we should really not give up and just leave the matter like that. I can be contacted on email They better get in contact with me because with me they will never run, I will find them.

Don’t Trust this Company

I traveled from the USA with my 5 year old ( his first game ) for the game with confirmation of the tickets. I can deal with the situation the cost and time off , but explaining this to a 5 year old and seeing him collapse in tears is tough to swallow.

I have correspondence from this incompetent company for delivery dates between 05/30 - 06/01 by DHL as we were switching between hotel and Airbnb . Then on Thursday (e-mail) they said the tickets would be arranged for a Pick Up Point (PUP) in Madrid on the day of the game as they would be hard copies and final details would be informed by Friday 05/31. Of course that never happened, so below is the correspondence with onlineticketexpress.com chat on 06/01 day of the game. On review you will notice that the supplier first was the issue followed up by another standard line about the risk department . It’s amazing that the correspondence continued for order #508276 during this week even though it was apparently canceled on the order date a few weeks ago.

Please avoid this company , this is blatant fraudulent activity and should be stoped. I will be seeking legal counsel once back in the USA and anyone who would like to join me is welcome.

scam......... ordered and paid for tickets a month ago and was today told that my order has been cancelled as the supplier didn't supply tickets in time. all along they kept stating the tickets will be delivered to hotel........ BIG SCAM

Rip off. I have booked and paid for two tickets to the Liverpool vs Tottenham game in Madrid , got the story of delivery of the tickets on the day , have had a few emails re delivery and details of individuals attending with minimal responses from them however now there is no way to communicate with them and it’s clear my tickets will not come and I have lost money , there must be a way to stop this theft ....

My advice is, do not use this site for any purchase of any kind, all promises will be broken, communication is non existent and clearly it is a scam.
I was on a visit to Rome last week, booked two tickets for Roma V Parma, just before I left. Its so unlike me not to read the reviews, however that was the first mistake and I then went on to have the same terrible experience as most people on here. The site looks professional enough, they send a slick email explaining tickets will arrive as e tickets even up to the day of the match. I sent several emails leading up to the day of the match, was on chat line with Nick, tried telephoning, no chance of getting through, however quite early in the process I had realised these tickets would never be delivered and the money was gone.
Look, this lot did not spoil my night, we had a great time in a Roma themed bar, with plenty of beer and many new friends.
I have now sent a complaint email to ticket express, after them blanking my previous emails they say they will refund the money within 30 days, I won't hold my breath. If they do, I will edit my comments.
Make sure your credit card company are informed, they will then be more aware of the operation of this particular company.

We bought 2 tickets to roland garros 1 month in advanced and payed 500 eur for two category1 tickets. They send our tickets a few hours before the event for category 2 (100 eur). Now they dont answer the phone/email ..anything !
DONT EVER BUY from them !!!!

Intended to buy tickets to watch Juventus v Empoli. I double checked via the online chat that the tickets were definitely available and was guarenteed that the tickets would be delivered to my hotel 2 days before the game.

On booking, the first payment was stopped by my bank for security checks, and within literally seconds the company called me asking me to pay. I cleared the transaction with my bank and made the payment.

Further info was then filled out online regarding id documents etc. However I was then emailed several times asking me to resend passport details, which I did, but then stopped receiving any response.

I checked the following day with the online chat, and was guarenteed that all was in order. I was sent a confirmation email to confirm the transaction was successful. Then barely 5 minutes later I received another email, advising me that my order was cancelled due to concerns over fraud. Despite taking my money!

When I called the sales team, I was advised that a refund would be sent within 21 days. A sob story later the customer service advisor was the only saving grace and she kindly refunded me the next day.

After reading other reviews I have discovered it was a huge mistake booking with them.

The worst thing is on the same day my order was cancelled, they were still advertising tickets to the same game for 3 times the original price!

We had hotels and flights booked on the back of the order confirmation. All in all, a very upsetting experience, and after all that they even had the nerve to email me advertising champions League final tickets!

Complete frauds, please please please avoid!

Other bad experience with this fraud company. We bought tickets for match FC Barcelona vs. Olympic Lyonnais on 13.3. 2019 of course no tickets has been delivered and no intention to refund money back. I immediately called my bank and they via visa company iniciated charge back. Today are finaly money on my bank accout thanks to visa company.

I booked 2 tickets for the Tottenham Hotspur v Everton game being held on 12 May as a surprise birthday present for my husband. After l made the booking l browsed reviews and was horrified to read the bad experiences, l am normally very careful but this time l made a big mistake which l went on to regret.
The day before the match l received an email saying”enjoy the game” and attaching 2 e-tickets, heaving a sigh of relief before excitingly telling hubby and son the good news that they were going to the new stadium the next day. Off they went but sadly l got a call from them to say that they didn’t get in as tickets were invalid and were refused entry. They were advised to report this to the police and football authorities which we are doing. This crowd of thief’s needs to be closed down.

This company are terrible. I bought expensive VIP tickets for the Barcelona vs Liverpool match as visiting fans cannot sit in home supporters sections. They didn’t deliver until almost 7pm on the night of the match and I couldn't use them because they were not VIP and in the home support area. Wasted money on flights, hotels etc. Now finding it impossible to get a refund and they tried to alter the ticket purchase information to “DELETE” the VIP bit to avoid their obligation to refund and want me to contact Barca for a letter of confiscation? Some chance of that. Actioned a dispute notice on their bank to get my money back for not delivering the goods. Avoid them at all costs. They are not to be trusted. Should be closed down or at the very least banned from google marketplace

We bought three tickets to the UCL semifinal Barcelona - Liverpool on May 1st on Camp Nou. The tickets were delivered on the day on the match and we had a wonderful experience.
Overall, our experience was a good one. Indeed, some things other reviews complain about were true for us, too: the price was more than double the original one; the seats were not together, actually one of them was behind the opposite goal; waiting for the tickets until a few hours before the game was AGONY.
BUT all these are minor inconveniences when it comes to such huge events, for which the high demand makes it impossible to get tickets in any other way (like the official website).
So overall, COMPLETELY WORTH IT.
