Good product, bad delivery

The joggers are fine, fit well, good quality. The "deliver partner" (Royal Mail) was misleading : claimed parcel would arrive Weds, so I stayed in - but no parcel, waste of a morning ; then claimed delivery had failed Thurs and that parcel would be at sorting office - but the parcel then arrived at my address.

horrible shape

Colour Not like the pics. The Shape of “slim jeans” were not even remotely slim. Jeans were creased and one missing labels so looked second hand. I’m returning all the order .

Poor quality products for the price

Bought a pair of jeans and a black hoodie knitted pullover. The quality of the jeans I would say was okay, however the material was quite thin compared to similar priced products on the high street. The pullover however, was shocking. After just the 2nd time wearing it, the stitching between the main body and arm started coming apart - on both sides! And after just one wash the colour ran and now is grey in patches. For a £24 item I expected so much better, but unfortunately you're more likely to get better quality at a discount clothing store. My first experience with Only & Sons will unfortunately be my last.

Incorrect labelling and sizing.

The trousers in my order were incorrectly labelled and sized. I have advised the vendor from whom I have received good quality products and service in the past.

I love my onsfred t-shirts!

I got my first Only&Sons Onsfred white t-shirt from by husband in size XL, because I was after an oversized fit. I’m normally a women’s size 10/S. Loved it so much that I recently bought 2 size XS in black and navy for a comfortable, but less oversized fit. Will definitely buy again. The cotton is great quality and the medium/heavy weight is great.

Caveat emptor

Found on their internet site jeans, I asked for: jeans, men, slim, basse taille. I received jeans normal cut NOT basse taille as I asked, I had paid in full. Bought through Amazon they provided return label. Now I asked ONLY for jeans basse taille. Paid and received 2 jeans normal cut NOT basse taille. I am in need of a return permission from J & J so I may return the jeans to them and receive credit for their having sent me a form of jeans I did not order

Nice range delivered promptly but I do…

Nice range delivered promptly but I do find it annoying to have to pay for returns when something is smaller than described. I bought 2 large items, one fitted perfectly, the other was too tight but I was charged postage to return it for a refund. Such a shame given the products are so nice.

I made a buy here a week ago and…

I made a buy here a week ago and unfortunately I had to return what I bought ( but everything was in good condition, no used)
But instead of receiving my money back, the obligated me to receive the money like a gift card where I can only use it for this store, even though on the receipt, this doesn't appear at all. At the end, for me not to lose my money, I had to buy something else. But I completely felt obligated and and of course it's not legal. But to avoid more discussion on the place, I didn't do more. Never come back here. This was in Neumünster

Let down by Royal Mail!

The shirts are lovely. Unfortunately Royal Mail did not deliver them until 17.17 on Friday 21 June, and we had already left for the family wedding in Bristol.
