Disgusting company, avoid at all costs been four weeks since I placed my order was told at first someone will email me then all communication stopped. Don’t reply to their WhatsApp, two emails or number.
My child now has no bed and I saved up for this purchase. Hoping my bank will issue a refund as it was direct debit.

Stay away take your money didn’t give order number say it’s going to take 3 weeks to deliver and ignore emails! Have to go to CAB now to see how I get my money back

Ordered recliner chair on 13 September 23. Company took money from my account £200. Did not get an order number but was not overly alarmed. Almost 4 weeks later still no chair and company ignoring emails and voice mails left to reimbursement of my money. Not funny as I need the chair due to my physical disabilities.
As there was no order number I can not even get past the robotic chat system. No customer services what so ever. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. Will have to go through the bank now to get my money back

Ordered items in July, still not received, no-one answers the phone or WhatsApp. Keep saying by email that it will be this week and then nothing. Avoid this company! Would give no stars if possible.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a bunk bed with cot for my 10 month and 4 year old. It hasn't came. No one answers anything. Phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook. I now have 2 girls that have gone over a month without a bed. I'm £510 down and only the merchant can issue the refund and they're not responding. I don't work, saved up for a long time and now can't afford anything else until this is resolved!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They use pre-scripted auto-generated responses via email. Nobody answers the phone. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my order, I was told by an email bot named 'Sophie' it would arrive last week, and still no order or update on when I will receive my items.

I am now in the process of issuing legal proceedings towards Only Furniture. Order No.2821

SCAM. AVOID. Ordered kids beds over two months ago, no delivery date, no communication. Having to go through the bank to recover the money though this is a huge inconvenience.

I ordered a mirror in July that has still not arrived.

Delivery was estimated at 4-6 weeks

I started chasing this mirror via email late aug.

The first reply said they were sorry and to expect it in the next week.

A week later still no mirror. Chased again I got a reply saying sorry for the delay but no delivery date.

I have since chased several times asking for either a delivery date or a refund with no reply.

I would not recommend this company.

AVOID!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! NO ONE AWNSERS THE PHONE AND WHEN SOMEONE DOES I GET TOLD 'ILL CALL YOU BACK IN 10 MINS' AND NO ONE DOES! WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT DELIVER THE ITEM. ITS BEEN 4 WEEKS! NOT HAPPY!!!!!

I wouldn’t give this company any money we ordered a bed on the 4th of September and I’ve received nothing!! We work hard for our money and this company just take it with no contact no explanation nothing I will share there page continually to ensure no one goes through what we have!!!

we ordered some bedroom furniture,unfortunately they missed sending our second set of draws,having tried to get in touch with the company they finally said they would be delivered saturday the 30th of sept,after waiting in all day,still no drawers,i have emailed the company today whats apped them rang them and no one has been in touch to sort this issue out,having paid for them i am not at all happy with this problem

Absolutely terrible company. Customer service is shocking with typical 'copy and paste' responses. It's like dealing with a robot.
Placed an order end of July. Still don't have my product, still don't have my refund.
Now in talks with my bank to try and get it sorted through them with absolutely no help from Only Furniture in the slightest. Even after an email trail currently at 28 emails.
Apauled by how they treat their customers.
I will be making sure nobody I know uses this company.

Ordered a wardrobe on 29th August, was told 2 week delivery. 2 weeks came and went no communication. I chased them up and was told to pay £60 for delivery, I agreed and they said delivery would be in 3 days. That came and went. I followed up with a few more emails that they replied to but nothing now for over a week. No phone calls, no emails, still no wardrobe. Be very careful, looks like I’ll have to claim money back through credit card protection at bank.

Very happy with my furniture. Best price I could find online. Took over a week for delivery, super fast!! Thanks Sophie for the prompt emails keeping me updated and thanks Ash to the delivery driver.

Very helpful and moving my bed parts to the 2nd floor was made very easy with Mohammad’s assistance.

Really appreciate the help offered nice customer service. 10/10.

Placed an order waited weeks past the date now they won't answer and no reply on the tex service or email so now iv lost 80 pound complete scams dirty people

went into their showroom the other week, asking about a dining set. customer service was excellent. quality of their products are outstanding, will definitely be coming back

Order goods 18th sept promised delivery within the week. Will not reply to emails, phone calls or their chat through Whats app. Ive had to open a dispute claim with my bank to retrieve money. Wish I had read the negative reviews before ordering
