Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered £400 worth of goods in August. Was told will be delivered within two weeks before placing order. 2 months later still no goods. Was told partially damaged doors on one item. Customer service is shocking with no response to points raised in my e-mails. Only get apologetic response and value of custom and situation is being looked into.

Honestly this is DISGUSTING!! I ordered dressing table on the 15th of August, got email 5 wks after order being placed stating delivery. Surprise surprise NO ORDER!! NO EMAIL or sweet FA to tell me. Waited in ALDAY! Rang them next day , no answer. Emailed and got a reply.... Apparently item was damaged in transition and that my order will be with me beginning of NOVEMBER!!! honestly the worse company. SCAMMERS. Bank it is to get a refund as now no one is getting back to me at all. No answer on the phone!!!

Made a order of over £500 had to chase company for goods. Finally arrived incomplete. Stopped answering calls and messages. Company is known for scamming customers. HMRC IS GOING TO BE INFORMED CLEARLY HIS NOT PAYING TAX ON EVERYTHING. Before placing a order you would see all phone lines are disconnected.

Reporting to trading standards as this company is clearly a scam. They steal peoples money with no intention of sending out the item. Having to now claim money back from bank, they do not reply to any emails or chats and do not answer the phone. Please take these reviews seriously and do not place an order.

Place an order over 4 weeks ago for our children’s bunk beds which were £399. No order confirmation was sent through so we waited for 2 weeks still nothing so rang them. Can never get hold of anyone. But when we did was told next week then nothing then the same again. So cancelled the order and now claiming the money back from the bank. Also emails are all templated and obviously a fake name with Sophie turner replying on the email. Just stay away don’t waste your time with this shambles of a company !!!🤬🤬🤬

Ordered some side tables from this company no confirmation email. Completely ignored through emails and what’s app. Avoid this company at all cost. Had to report as fraud.

Having to open dispute with bank and reporting this ‘company’ to trading standards tomorrow!

Had to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Wasted 2 and a half months on this waiting for a bed that never came. Customer support are unprofessional and lie. Avoid.

I ordered a coffee table from here, I waited 3-4 weeks and it never arrived
I called up customer services and the person on the phone was very rushy and not that helpful and was told my item was out of stock and will be delivered out in the next 2 weeks. I waited again and now it's been more than 6 weeks, no one is picking up the phone so I'm contacting my bank directly for a refund. I can't recommend this company.

Will be reporting this company to trading standards tomorrow !! Ordered of these in August..No goods arrived ,no correspondence apart from yes it will be delivered after apparently goods been sent to wrong address ,was told it would be here last week ( Wednesday) and it didn't turn up ,tried to contact every day but got ignored!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DIABOLICAL PLACE! They will take your money and you won't hear off them again !

If I could rate this company even lower I would it’s a scam placed order on 31 August was promised, my items would arrive within 2 to 3 weeks they never did. I was calling the company to be told not enough drivers on then to be told the delivery van had broken down then to be told in email my item was not in stock continuously very rude on the phone avoid this company at all costs, it’s a scam when I requested a refund, they stopped answering my calls and stopped answering my emails.

SCAM!!!! I ordered a chair in the end of August and never arrived ! We got October now !!! They ignore my message as well . I will never order nothing from hem ever again !!

SCAM - furniture should arrive 26th September like was in the email. Tracking show that wasn't even sent yet. No furniture and No money. Customer service reply once per week and didn't anwser the phone at all. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMERS

Placed order on 28 August 2023 it's the 9 October now and received nothing! Emailed and called with no response.

Ordered almost £400 of furniture from this company and no sight of it, it’s been over 3 weeks. I had called last week to ask for a delivery update, been waiting at home today 7th October for the delivery, no sight of it or any contact.

I’m close to contacting trading standards. One final opportunity through email before before I inform TS

I finally managed to get my bank to recovery my money, OnlyFurniture then sent me an email cancelling my order stating they couldn't source the items... Yeah right, company obviously looks for those people who order and cant be bother to pursue the recovery of their money. Emailed them multiple times before the bank got involved to which I got no response and called 10s of times to nobody picking up the phone

Don’t bother! Ordered a table 5th September still waiting, spoke with a rude member of staff on the phone whilst he made a story up on my delivery/order.. said I’d receive 5/10 guess what still no table and conveniently no one to answer the phone, best thing for this place is to CLOSE !

I have yet to receive my order which I ordered over a month ago. No correspondence via the chat service, email and the phone number does not work. Terrible experience.

If I could give this “company” a zero I would. Bought some wardrobes 7 weeks ago, said it would be a 3-4 week wait. 4 weeks passed so I contacted them, “Sophie” informed me they didn’t have any in stock and would contact me when they are. Still took the money though didn’t they. A further 3 weeks have passed and no update on the item, I’ve tried calling, emailing and received nothing. I’m currently 8 months pregnant and don’t need this sort of stress: we needed those wardrobes before the baby arrives. Now I’m in talks with the bank to hopefully get the money back. These people are VILE!!!
