Ordered goods, never arrived, and absolutely no way of getting hold of company. Tried on live chat, email and phone multiple times a day over a 2 week period (3+ weeks after ordering) and absolutely no word back or answer.
I’d bet money the 5 star reviews on here are fake. It doesn’t take much to simply answer the phone or respond to a message. Fraudulent company- started process of refund from the bank.

Ordered a wardrobe of them but cancelled it, was promised a refund several times, but it never arrived. In the end had to go to the bank to dispute the transaction. Horrible untrustworthy company... Avoid them at all costs.

I placed an order 2 wwwks ago and heard nothing by email. They took my money and never acknowledged it. Time to report to Rip Off Britain. Very very disappointed

SCAMMERS. Take your order, take your money and you get nothing for it. Delay delivery of order 3 times and when I finally cancelled order they refused to give my money back. Had to do a transaction dispute through my bank or I would still wouldn't have my money back now. They stop answering your calls and emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wouldn't of given them even 1 star review but u can't get any lower.

I placed a dining table on 26th September and paid in full, after 4 weeks, I emailed and called them many times but NOT REPLIED yet , it looks they are scammer, I am going to opennl case to refund my money back , they are waster time , DEARS DONT TRUST THEM

Would give ZERO if I could.

Ordered a £400 bunk bed from these scammers. Was told by their robot email address they use that my item would be delivered on 7th October.

It’s now 2 weeks after that date and lo and behold I can’t get hold of the company, emails, messages, phone calls all unanswered.

I have now submitted a claim through the small court and the directors of this company will be receiving letters requesting their presence. This will be great as I’ll be able to see their sad little faces when I win.

I ordered a table and chairs but as the we’re getting delivered the driver who was on his own we don’t know how he carried it on his own it was so heavy hence the damage to my new wooden floor it has deep scratches across it and as my husband was putting it together we noticed chunks of marble was missing from the edge of the table I contacted the company and they told me they would compensate me I wanted some wall art from them they told me they would send it as compensation I’m still waiting but now they won’t answer my emails ignore my phone calls that was months ago so obviously I’m not getting compensation so unless it all runs smoothly I definitely would not recommend this company customer service is a joke so I’m out of pocket having to sand and revarnish my floor and chunks missing from my table fuming is a understatement 😤😡

I never normally right bad reviews, however this is an exception. And it seems similar complaints to others. Purchased the bed and they said to contact the office for delivery date… they said they would check and heard nothing after weeks of chasing email, calls, msg… THIS NOT A TRUSTED SITE

Ordered wardrobe weeks ago, money taken with no information on delivery. Calls not being answered and emails not responded to. FB page now looks like it’s been deleted/taken down as they were still promoting products couple of days ago.
Do not use this company!!

Order one bedside table. Money taken very quickly and told it would be 2/3 weeks. Three months later I was told it would be delivered by the weekend (Didn't say what weekend!). Three weeks later I was still waiting. Asked for a refund and they went quiet on me. No return call after leaving various voicemail messages. I have now got my money back by getting my bank involved. Ordered somewhere else and got my table in 2 days!! AVOID THE STRESS AVOID AVOID AVOID

Odered wardriobe from tis company on the 0th August 2023, they took the money to date have nothing. wont answer calls or emails. anyone reading this i would suggest the following:
* Email thier local MP Simon Lightfoot.
* Send a message to BBC's Rip Off Britian

Put an order in in July, didn't come until September and a set of drawers missing, they don't answer the phone so have emailed them numerous times, they keep fobbing me off its now middle of October and still no drawers in sight, really angry as I have visitors coming to stay and a set of drawers missing which they need, I have also paid in full so have lost money as well

Ordered two bedside tables. They kept on making excuses for delivery. Eventually then cancelled the order after I threatened legal action ... but didn't refund the money. Currently going through a claim against them.

They have taken my 83yr old mothers money and not delivered and have been doing so to others during September. They will not answer calls, WhatsApp or email and left many out of pocket even though still advertising goods

Placed and order for item of furniture over 4 weeks ago and despite initial contact saying that order was waiting to be fulfilled and despite further emails from myself to the company to confirm when delivery will happen, no response and no furniture. Avoid company at all costs

Do not order from this company, they don’t send your items, make it very hard to contact them and then refund but hold your money.

If you could rate 0 stars this company would get just that. Absolute scam company.

Placed order online and paid by Clearpay.

Started out good with a few emails saying order was being processed.
However they went very quiet and then nothing. Delivery date came and went. Nobody answered the phones or emails.

Very poor, basically a scam company.
Clearpay are totally useless (waiting for 3 weeks for a response from this scam company) so reverted to going through card company to get a refund.

Avoid at all costs.

This company have had our money for 3 months now. No item received and they kept fobbing us, now they are ignoring our emails. Will be reporting them to trading standards and our bank for refund of the money they owe us. Fraudulent company taking money and not supplying the items.

If I could give them zero stars I would do!

Bought a dining table, no formal confirmation like a normal company.

Didn't get any suggested date for delivery so emailed them. Safe to say I got the longest load of waffle in a reply that I'd ever experienced...and still no cleared on a date.

Called the number on the website multiple times, no answer. Emailed again but ignored.

Got really worried at this point and read the reviews here. As a result I raised a dispute with my credit card and got my money returned.

Cheapest store for the table I wanted but going to buy now from a reputable firm.

Sort your processes out only furniture and do some training on customer service!

Ordered bar stool set on 6th Sept. Informed that out of stock on 25th with no idea of delivery. Cancelled order and asked for refund. Was told this was fine and would be credited back to my card. As of 12th Oct, still no refund and now with credit card disputes team. Shocking. AVOID
