As others have said this is a scam company. I made an order only to be told the wait would be 4 weeks to which I said that’s not acceptable i purchase elsewhere please refund me. Since then I’ve been ghosted via email and they don’t answer the phones.

I’m going to contact my banks fraud departments and ActionFraud I suggest others do the same if they have also been scammed

Ordered a bunk beds for my children spend over £400.
They said will dliver within 2 - 3 weeks. not dliver on this timetable. after three weeks I call them and send emails no replay at all Absolutely disgusting. report the bank and they gave me my money back they have cancelled my order due to 'unforeseen challenges.
please avoid secammer!!!

Ordered a wardrobe for my daughter almost 2 months ago, still not received and the company is ignoring my emails/messages. Absolutely disgusting, I can’t afford to replace so now my daughter won’t have a wardrobe. In the process of taking this further and reporting to trading standards.

I bought a cabin bed from Only Furniture nearly 5 weeks ago, I have rung them over 130 times without reply and without replying to our voice messages. We have text them several times without reply. We have raised a dispute because they have taken our money and heard nothing from them as to regards when our order will be delivered, this was a birthday present for our 6 year old granddaughter.
I wish Only Furniture would react as quickly to our order as they did to my comments on Facebook, I left an angry emoji and comments on numerous of their posts in the early hours, they deleted the comments and blocked me so as not to make anymore comments.
I am a disabled man, I cannot afford to let this go as I cannot afford to go elsewhere until I get a refund.
There are other people like me on Trustpilot who have paid for items from Only Furniture and never heard from them again. If there is only 1 person who reads this, it is one person who has saved their money.

Ordered an item over a month ago. Have received no notification of shipping and have not received the item! This is a scam website, so please do not trust. No response to emails or phone calls- just rings straight through to voicemail. Awful that people can be so dishonest and take money from people fraudulently.

No supply of childs bed paid for in full via Clearpay. No response to phone caĺls messages left and emails.
Gave them benefit of the doubt until today 6 weeks after original order. Huge negative responses of reviews of similar experiences which shows multiple fraudulent practices basically scamming people out of their money. Unable to contact Clearpay thu their app either.
Reported To ACTION FRAUD.. this must stop.

Ordered a mirror on 11th September, no order number given, chased for weeks and Sophie Turner emailed to say she would arrange delivery. Avoid this company definitely fake!

As per other reviews - they have taken money but been waiting weeks and weeks with no update. Requested refund some time ago but again this has not been processed.

Ordered nearly £700 of bedroom furniture for my children as due to move in with my partner. This was over 3 weeks ago no email to inform me of when it is coming even though like most people 2-3 weeks. Alarm bells were starting to ring so rang ,emailed and WhatsApp messaged this company and nothing. I feel so upset and am worried we won’t get our money back as it was bought with debit card. This is stress I could do without and probably won’t be able to get furniture from somewhere else in time for moving. Leave this company well alone!!

No item no refund stated and emailed would receive refund from Sophie turner.
Now 4 weeks later and nothing took out dispute and claiming through bank. £400.
Absolutely disgusting that taking peoples money. Should be ashamed.

I ordered a wardrobe a month ago, took payment straight away received an email stating that delivery would be in 2 to 3 weeks. Didn't hear anything since then the 2 week mark approached and noticed an email stating I could track my item (shop the app is called) no updates on there.i have tried using their chat service, I've emailed several times and called( leaving voice messages).
I've received no response.

I don't understand why people do crap like this. I really should have read the reviews so have no one to blame but myself for being an idiot and ordering from a company I don't know.

Bought two mattresses 18 September. Received email confirmation that the order was confirmed and they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks (I'd assumed it would be sooner). Waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so emailed. Received a long generic email response with no actual information so I went back and asked for a delivery date. It's been two weeks and I've had no further response and not had my money back. I hadn't seen the trust pilot reviews before my order but definitely wouldn't use this company again. Unfortunately I'm now looking at a trading standards claim.

I bought a bed for my son, 2-3 weeks it said!! It’s been 7 weeks and still no joy. No one answers the watsapp, no one answer the messages unless it’s a bot! Useless!! I’m £400 down and have no bed for my son! Absolute joke! They shouldn’t be in business!!

SCAMMERS - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
As previous customers have said, something is seriously wrong with this company. All looks above board but spend £995.00 and all looks good, but then nothing. No answers to emails, calls, online chat anything!

Ordered a nest of tables a week and a half ago. Received a order confirmation email and radio silence since.

Website live chat doesnt work, no one answers the phone, no reply to my email - nothing

I would avoid ordering from this company - find the items somewhere else. Bunch of scammers, will take your money and you'll receive nothing.

The furniture did not get delivered. 4 weeks asked for a refund nothing 8 weeks in still nothing Pay your money take your chance. They not replying to emails. And phone number false.

What a terrible experience shopping with this company. Ordered two wooden kitchen chairs on line, the colour was not as shown or described. I asked for a replacement which the company was happy to process on a deliver and collect service. Only they didnt! Several weeks and many b/s e-mails later from (Sophie Turner), I decided to send the chairs back myself via Parcel Force, signed for and photographed. Despite writing twice to request my refund plus postage, I have been completely ignored. Oh… and they NEVER answer their phone. I’m now going through the small claims court to try and get my monies back. BUYER BEWARE!!

Avoid - Scammers

Purchases 25/09/23 - received order number and email confirmation of delivery within 3 weeks.
Now on a month today and NO communication whatsoever, no response to email, whatsapp live chat or phone calls.
Reported to TRading standards, and claimed money back through my bank.

Scum!

This company has either gone, or is going, bankrupt. DO NOT order anything from them. They will take your money, you’ll receive nothing and you’ll be unable to get hold of them to get your money back

Amazingly, you can still order from their website ! Don’t do it otherwise you’ll be on here yourself leaving a 1* review in 4 to 6 weeks time. You’ve been warned !
