Placed an order 15th October, received confirmation email stating 2-3 weeks for delivery. I then received an email on 30th October saying the order has been cancelled with no explanation and no refund had been processed. I followed up with a reply requesting more information on when the refund will be processed for them to say, it has been processed and depending upon the banks terms it will be refunded within a few days.
Still haven't received anything so I have escalated with my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a leather chair 4 weeks a go they took the money and then they cancelled the order but no refund!

Ordered a bunk/cot bed for my grandaughters costing over £600. Received order number,then an email saying on course for delivery within 2 weeks.Next day received a message saying order cancelled as per my request.Never made any such request but actually glad they cancelled after reading these reviews! Order showing as cancelled but no refund processed yet (8 days later),Looks like I will have to make a section 75 claim on my credit card,which will take weeks and have to wait 30 days before I can claim (being charged interest meanwhile!) Appears to be a scam outfit.Very unhappy and stressed.

Ordered wardrobes well over a month ago. Was notified that for un foreseen circumstance my order was cancelled. The refund did not get paid and I was told by them to claim a charge back from the bank. Avoid these scum bags at all costs

Ignore the good reviews, they are very dubious. Ordered furniture, and they canceled the order. No refund. Now trying to deal with it through my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
The business addresses are a building site and a terraced house in WAKEFIELD.
Computer-generated response.. "Hello,

Government need urgent to find this people and send them to court.
They are scammers, they take your money and never send the item,
No confirmation email, no nothing.
I have emailed them, called them, try to chat with them, no respond!
They make me very very angry as they waisted my time.

SCAMMERS!! god only knows how this company are getting away with this with the amount of people they have scammed judging by the reviews here! I ordered something in september, got told 2-3 weeks delivery, waited 5 then got an email saying my order was cancelled due to “unforseen circumstances” and that i wouldn’t be getting a refund YET! the cheek!! and that was a week ago email and surprise surprise i still haven’t had my money back!’ absolute scruffs taking peoples money. Oh and the few 5 star reviews on here are fake. They are clearly people associated with this fraudulent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! And if like me you used clearpay to pay for furniture good luck with that as they’re useless aswell.

I ordered from this company back in July. I did not ever receive my order.
I have tried to make contact with them several times.
I have recently received an email saying my order status was been cancelled and I will be issued a refund. I have yet to receive this.

THIS COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!! No answer on mails, no tracking number, absolutely ignoorants. Take money and dont care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I send several maeesdages - no answer. I also try to contact by webchat and guess what - NO ASNWER!!!! Absolutely ignorants abnd SCAMMERS!!! THEY ARE THIEFS!!!!!! Save your money

UPDATE: After sending them email that i contact Police about fraudant they finally answer. Here is what they send me (by the way - the same automated message has been send to me twice)
"I hope this message finds you well. Please understand that due to our current high demand and ongoing challenges, I am unable to commit to a specific delivery date at this time."
Never seen something like this before. Usually after order company is sending message about delivery and tracking number but this scammer not
I HOPE EVERYBODY IS NOW WARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND NERVOUS AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

My experience of Only furniture is pretty much the same as all the other 1 star reviews , no communication, no customer service , no delivery , no money back. Any 5 star reviews are 100% fake as is Sophie Turner. I cant understand how this company are still able to trade and be associated with brands like Klarna and Clearpay , As others I will be reporting to trading standards however im pretty sure it will not be long until Only furniture vanishes along with a lot of peoples hard earned money

Shambles of an online operation, order placed mid September with promised delivery within 2-3 weeks.

Goods still not delivered after 4 weeks, could not get through on the phone and no answers on the whatapp function they offer. Received a 'chat GPT' response from 'Sophie Turner' who asked that I waited a little longer as a 'gesture of goodwill'

After more emails and messages chasing my order, I received notification that the order had been cancelled, but this was done without explanation.

Please avoid this shambles of a business or you will probably be here in 8 weeks leaving a negative review.

Please do not order from this company. They take your money & never supply the goods. The first 8 weeks they emailed back making excuses & when I asked for a refund all contact stopped.
Contacted credit card company in the end to get a charge back. The credit card company refunded me the money.
Please don’t order from this company & read/listen to the vast number of similar reviews.

The worst, do not purchase! After ordering online they gave me no anticipated delivery date, I followed up a few weeks later and received a huge apology...that was definitely copied and passed from a template....still no update on my delivery date. Then they started ignoring my emails. Had to go via the bank to claim back as a scam and now, 2 weeks after the bank gave me my money back they have cancelled my order due to 'unforeseen challenges'. Meanwhile ordered from Wayfair and have regular updates and confirmation of delivery date. Stay away!

Awful... Ordered a mattress and bed for our little boys room. After being told that the following weekend it would arrive... Rang them the Friday before to ask what time over the weekend only to get someone answer saying they would ring back... Nothing. No call back, multiple WhatsApp, emails and phone calls with no answer. Have past onto bank to deal with.... Please please please DO NOT use this company. Useless or scammers.

Ordered 3 bar stools over 2 months ago. Received email shortly after saying quality wasn’t up to their standards so were waiting for new delivery. 2 months later and despite replying to my emails asking for updates still no stools so I’ve requested a refund. Had an email off Sophie Turner saying they’d process a refund, that was over a week ago and still nothing, plus no replies to my emails now. Appalling service.

When I emailed 3 weeks later asking when I should expect delivery they sent an email advising they have cancelled my order and not issued a refund they have stollen my money I’m now having to go through credit card to get it back

Do not use! Have filed for a refund from card provider as no communication, no goods, no calls or emails or WhatsApp messages responded to.

Ordered furniture last week, received a polite email saying they'd deliver in 2-3 weeks, but today received another email saying the order was cancelled. No reason given. Not answering the phone. No responce to my emailed query.

SCAM. This company took our money, did not deliver the item, could not get through to their phone lines, their email had a generic response, and after 8 weeks still no item delivered. Avoid them.

Ordered dining table and chairs 7 weeks ago nothing. No reply to e mails apart from one with the name Sophie. Paid via clearpay. Do not use this company
