Avoid this website at all costs!
I ordered a fold up dining table and chairs from them in August, a couple of months went by and I heard nothing so asked for an update, was told it was currently being made and they had no updates. I waited two weeks and emailed again only to be ignored repeatedly. Had to get a refund through my bank in the end, not worth it!!

Just read the reviews, must be joking if this company thinks im GIVING them my money !! Thats why there prices are so cheap. . . because they dont actually have any goods to deliver to you !!!!! hahahahahaha PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM Ordered two items over £600, no email, no order number. Tried to contact by phone multiple times,got an answering machine no call back, email came back as failed, WhatsApp no response, this is a SCAM company please do not order from this company. I’m convinced the good reviews are false.

Placed order, received automatic confirmation stating delivery within three weeks. I’ve since tried to make contact with the company via telephone and email on several occasions. I’ve asked for a refund, no response. Relevant individuals of authority are fully aware of this dishonest company. Avoid!!!!

Ordered £350 of goods, waited for the 2 week delivery time to lapse, tried calling no response. E.mailed them and Sophie replied saying they had cancelled the order with no reason why and a refund will be applied.
I am sure you can guess the next paragraph NO REFUND.
I have given them 2 stars because at least they answered my e.mails, although they were all lies!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUDSTERS. Ordered 2 wardrobes, Never heard from them for a delivery date so I cancelled the order, waited for a refund to be told to claim it back from the bank or credit card company. Took months to sort this out before getting my money back from the credit card company. Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid ordering from this company I pace a ordered for a table and chairs. They took my money then cancelled my order and my request which I never cancelled. Tryed calling and emailing them no answer and the have replied telling me contact my bank to replace my money as they have send my refund on there side which is lies. I have gotten the police and Solicitors involved Disgusting that they can do this to people and think they can get away with it

This company is a SCAMMER! Avoid at all cost! Ordered a wardrobe week weeks back, still not recieved nothing, try to call no answer, no answer at several emails for refund, Zero communication, raported to bank, and to other customer support where I try too seek advice and support to get the money back.

Total scam. Company emailed me telling me they had cancelled the order straight after I had placed it but still took the payment. After emailing I received what appears to be a generic automated email telling me the money will be refunded but may take a few days...still not refunded almost two weeks later

No mirror no refund I will be calling over there in the next week a big inconvenience avoid at all costs

Please avoid this place. The shop is hardly ever open. The shops next door told us.
We went to check them out and it is a dump.
Have finally got my money back from the credit company I used.
It has been 10 weeks now that should have been 2-3 weeks for delivery.
I will never use a small unknown company again.

Scammers! Avoid, avoid, avoid. Take your money instantly, provide no goods, then pretend a refund has been issued and suggest your bank has lost it. Reporting them to action fraud.

Scammers - ordered dining chairs few weeks ago. Waited some weeks, got no update. Chased, got no reply. Phone number does not work. WhatsApp does not work either. After some strongly worded chasers, finally got generic email saying the order has been cancelled. That was 9 days ago, no refund. Avoid.

Ordered a wardrobe, but noticed that it was too long for my daughters room as I had let her measure it (my mistake). I immediately tried to call but got no answer. Replied to the sales email. No answer. Tried WhatsApp chat. No answer.
I then got an email saying the order will be cancelled and would receive a refund. Guess what, no refund yet!
Why run a business if you will not service your customers or even speak to them?
UOPDATE: The company totally washed their hands of this and I had to go to my bank to get this resolved. DO NOT BUY FROMTHESE PEOPLE. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT ATALL IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES.

Same experience as others here. Order cancelled for no reason. They say they have issued a refund but i haven’t had the funds back yet 7 days later. Clearly a scam. Why don’t these people get a real job instead of being parasites!

scammers, ordered on 5th September 23 still no sign of my coffee table nor any refund. I've asked my bank to intervene and get my money back. i don't know how this website allowed to scam people

Similar to a few people no refund provided, I'm over £120 out of pocket. I cancelled an order and allegedly the company refunded the same day.... Now over a month later I'm still waiting.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Don’t order from this company listen to the other comments and avoid. Order never came and refund never given!
