they took my order and payment and never received it, after coutless e mail they said they had refunded but never had, AVOID this company

Placed an order getting on for 2 weeks now, I have the tracking app Shop still saying order placed, so no movement whatsoever. Getting emails from a Sophie Turner, in what I describe as dodgy English and sickly sweet language. Should maybe get the Turner prize for creative lying. Asked for refund, they say they have refunded (they haven’t) and if not in my bank, suggest charge back??? What reputable company says that. Bunch of cowboys . Avoid !!! I’m now awaiting bank to investigate. Also reporting them to trading standards, company needs to be stopped, they are exploiting people !!!

Update 13/12, so after raising dispute with bank. The company cancelled my order last week and refunded me, so got in touch with bank and closed the claim. However checked my bank this evening and on checking statement they have had the audacity to take the refund back. Unable to get through to bank until tomorrow. Absolutely livid, please people I would check your statement in case they have taken further payments. I have reported to police online action fraud.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered item and was told it would take 2-3 weeks, emailed at 2.5 weeks to see if they had a date, no response. Emailed again after 3 weeks had passed and got an email to say item was cancelled! I tried online chat, no response, wattsap chat, no response. Tried email, automated response to say order was cancelled, no further details. Tried phoning no answer. Emailed again and again and they finally answered at 4.06am to say that a refund had been issued but if I didn't receive it to start a chargeback. Absolutely disgraceful they are still selling online, the item I ordered even showing as in stock. Have had to go through the bank for a refund. This company is obviously trading fraudulently and needs stopping

They are scamers for sure …wrong color waredrobe arrived ,they never replied.thou white waredrobe is chepaer then the grey one

Placed an order 6th Nov, heard nothing since. No reference number, no order confirmation.. just nothing. I placed the order because the site looked legit, I then later, to my horror, saw all these reviews of other people being SCAMMED. Disgusting! Paid by credit card, awaiting refund from the bank. I have reported Only Furniture.com to the fraud team, the police & also trading standards - it needs shut down.

Today is now the 17th of November.
On the 30th of October I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and I would receive a refund, still waiting and no reply to my emails.
I am giving them till end of the month then will be taking this matter further.
I would advise stay clear of this company as this has been on going from the 13th of September and they only contact when they want to, can not speak to anybody on the phone or they do not reply to emails.

I found same nest of tables on line, ordered Sunday and arrived Tuesday.....

Chairs were never delivered, the order was finally cancelled but I’m still waiting for my refund and it’s been over 3 months since I placed the order. Awful customer service.

Paid about £1000, about a month later the wardrobes arrived. I built them, they aren't really hard to do. But on the last wardrobe I found a two foot scratch on a door. I contacted them and was assured it would be replaced but now after emailing and phoning them for four months I am left with no choice but to take things further. They have massive problems with customer services, so please be aware when purchasing from this company, these reviews are here for a reason. I hate giving negative feedback but when a company does this and leaves you upset you have no choice. I only needed one door ffs.

Ordered a table waited 4 weeks then order was cancelled, told me refund would take 2 business days ,
2 weeks later I asked where my money was told me to check the status of the refund or to inquire about a chargeback don’t go anywhere near this lot

Ordered a side table. Paid but they then cancelled 2 months later. No refund, no reply to calls. Email said they will refund but nothing have had to go through bank.

Do not order from this company you have been warned.
They take your money straight away then say will have to wait weeks for product.
8 seeks later order cancelled and refund on its way. Chased this up 3weeks later had an e_mail from Sophie that they have processed refund but I still do not have the money.
Now having to chase this up with my bank.

I waited for over a month for my order to be delivered, Sophia Turner cancelled my order for no apparent reason. She insisted that she processed the refund and it was all lies. When asked the day she processed the refund, she did not respond.

Avoid!!!!! Placed my order, after 3 weeks still no sign and started chasing up via email chat etc. Finally got a response from Sophie assuring it was in place but got no further info. Seems sophie is the only one answering emails (try chasing on a weds).After 5 weeks and assuming I had lost my money I tried one more time and sent an email clearly detailing I expected a refund by x date and absolutely gobsmacked Sophie replied cancelling the order and refunded the money. Clearly they take all orders and put on back order as we found out afterwards that the product we had ordered had been discontinued. For those waiting start chasing for a refund it can be done!

As everyone else says , this company is a scam . Has anyone else paid by a Nat West ? If so please let me know as Nat West should not have allowed my transaction to go ahead ?

I placed an order and immediately realised I had given the incorrect address. I have called several times and left 2 voicemails, sent 3 WhatsApp messages, emailed and went into the 'chat' and left a message. I've had no response other than a message telling me my order is on its way. I've now seen the reviews and am VERY concerned.

SAME as many - ordered chair and keep getting emails saying they are waiting stock . The emails are always from Sophie Turner. Phoned a number on this site no answer. Maybe its time to drive there
