On November 3rd at 00:02 I payed £298.56 for a 6 door 2 mirror wardrobe. I used the discount code they gave me to help lower the price from the original £307.

Got an email on the 6th your order will be delivered in 2 - 3 weeks. Now from my calculations that would make two weeks between the dates of 17th and 20th Nov
And the 3 week dates between 24th and 27th Nov.

Anyways I’ve emailed and called several times to no reply’s, not even the chat on the website said anything useful other than it’s being processed. I raised this with my bank and guess what as soo as my bank asked me if I’ve received anything within the week of reporting it, they cancelled for unforeseen circumstances (B*LLSHIT)

Said they will refund which I don’t expect to get other then through my bank. Don’t trust will not be making another order again with this company and hoping that I get my money back asap.

Terrible company, very poor communication.
Ordered a low sleeper bed for my son. After 2 weeks somehow managed to get a message to Customer services asking where the bed was as my son was sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Was told that wasn’t down to customer services and when it is just about to be shipped I will get notification. Replied to message but surprise surprise didn’t get any other communication until today.
Received an email to say that ‘due to unforeseen circumstances my order had been cancelled’

Absolute waste of time, shocking. My son will now still be on the floor for Christmas!

This is a scam site. They take you money and then rely on people not chasing. If you chase you get a reply if you are lucky. The phone number is never answered. When you goto your credit card company for a charge back they mysteriously cancel the order and refund you.

I had to give 1 star in order to do the review. Absolutely appalling behaviour from this company. Ordered my dinning table was promised delivery 2-3 weeks from order. Only to be told after two weeks they have cancelled my delivery! Now I am running around to find an alternative which may not be delivered in time for Christmas! No explanation given and when you do request for an explanation, I have receive an automated email!

Don’t buy from this company! I bought a table never turned up and now can’t get hold of anybody that works there they don’t reply to calls and emails.
Trading standards have been contacted so have the police ( as this is theft) and now my bank have launched investigation into them

Well where do I start just don’t waste your time or money. Just a big scam. That don’t deliver and don’t answer when you contact them. SCAMMERS period

These people are criminals. Avoid at all costs. They took my order and money with no intention of ever fulfilling it. They ignore every message , phone call ,email. We are now taking legal action against them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I suspect they're scammers. I had to go to Barclaycard to get my money back.

SCAM SITE DO NOT BUY. Bought a dining set weeks ago had an email saying 2-3 weeks for delivery. They didn’t even say on their website it’s awhile for delivery. Tried to contact several times via email, telephone, online chat and even WhatsApp. Cannot get hold of anyone and had no response at all. Alarms bells started ringing I commented on thier facebook page and get blocked!! So please AVOID !!!

Scam! Placed order for dining table over 3 weeks ago…. Generic emails from someone called Sophie. Still no delivery date and no further replies. Comments are turned off on social media posts. I’ve raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund!

I had no option but to rate a 1- I would select 0 if I could! As many others have said- complete scammers. Took my money when I ordered a bed, sent a lovely friendly email with a 2-3 week delivery date, and never heard from them again. I tried emailing, ringing, and texting the what’s app number they provide but NEVER replied to anything. I eventually got my money back via klarna. I tried to report to the action fraud team- they said they’d get back to me but never did. Just glad to have my money back and really wish I looked at tristpilot first! Never order from these scammers!!

Well, I'm starting to agree with all the other people who wrote a review. Sophie Turner seems to be a very busy ....whatever she it.
3 weeks, no sign, no update...nout...luckily the bank will.support with this and they will get there comupence I'm sure.....sad b*stards.

SCAM! Do Not Purchase from this fake company! They make it look all appealing and as if they're available but in reality they're just another sham company ready to take your money and not produce the goods! They will send generic emails after order is done saying 2 weeks will be delivered but it's all part of the script and you will not see or hear from them again. Little people scrounging from innocent people.

Avoid this company!! Waiting 4 months now for a refund of goods not delivered . Said refund been processed but not received. Don't care that they keep your money unlawfully!!!!

I would avoid! I was sceptical about using this company because of the reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I waited three weeks and still didn’t receive my goods. I emailed them and no response . They emailed me once to say my furniture had been cancelled and a refund was on its way. Never saw this refund. Had to get my bank involved. Avoid! Their customer service is nom existence! No email reply and a phone line that no one answers!
