Yet again, I plead with everyone to REPORT this company to, for example Trading Standards via Citizens Advice, the police action fraud website, Wakefield police etc. These people will continue this unbelievable fraud until enough people report them.

Absolute scam. Ordered a wardrobe for £300 and they told me there was a delay while they order it from the supplier. I thought, fine, I'm in no rush. They then fully cancelled my order 2 weeks later with no explanation and no refund and proceeded to disappear into the Bermuda Triangle. Would not respond to my many emails and attempts to contact them. Had to fight to get the money back through my bank which took months. AVOID!!!

Absolute scam, ordered bedside table for my daughters equipment as she's terminally ill and on a lot of medication, weeks later no goods so cancelled order n was told I would get a refund, no refund and was told by the company to go through my bank to get money back, just unbelievable how this company is still up and running, there thieves, sure illegal. I'm my daughters fulltime carer so not much money so still no cabinet for her equipment. They ought to be ashamed. Steer well clear of these thieving b######s.

I ordered a table on the 1st of November after waiting over 3 weeks they cancelled my order.
They said they refunded me on the 4th of December,2 weeks later still no refund ,I have spoke to the company through email they are a terrible company,I wouldn’t waste time buying from them,SCAMMERS! I just want my money back!!

Bought a set of bunk beds off these scammers £566 had email saying my order had been cancelled and that I had been refunded, this was two weeks ago still no refund, the fraud team from my bank are dealing with this now

I am absolutely disgusted by this company. They are a bunch of thieving scoundrels.
Not only did i have to chase my order after 3 weeks of no email or notification of an update on my order, but it was only until I requested my refund that they ‘conveniently’ cancelled my order.
I still have not received my refund despite calling my bank and quoting their ‘fake’ payment ID number.
they’ll have a lot to answer for on the Day of Judgment for their thieving behaviour. Let them enjoy eating from stolen money from hundreds of customers online.
It's a shame I had to read trust pilot reviews weeks after my purchase from these dogs.

Do not use this Company it is a scam. I placed an order only to be cancelled by them 3 weeks later “due to unforeseen circumstances” and my payment had been credited back to my card. Has the payment been received - no! I am now trying to claim this back via my bank. Wish I’d checked the reviews before I placed the order.

This is a SCAM company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will steal your money and give you nothing back.
I order a coffee table of £250 and the after two weeks was told the item is out of stock. Exchanged emails with Sophie who said it would be stock in a few weeks. And obviously it didn’t come and then I emailed for a refund. Got emails saying the refund is being processed. It’s been 3 months no refund.

0 stars, shocking company, steal your money and don’t get back to you at all.

Same story as many others.
Purchased in good faith online.
Funds were taken from my card immediately.
Received thank you email and invoice saying goods were being prepared for dispatch.
Just over a week later received email saying due to unforseen circumstances the order was cancelled and money refunded.
I checked account and no refund.
Emailed them asking when I could expect the refund and received an answer saying can take a couple of working days.
10 days later still no refund, so I emailed them again asking when I could expect the refund.
No réponse as yet!
Raised a dispute with my credit card company.
So as others have said ‘AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE’
At best they are a very poor business at worst they are an out and out scam I know which way I’m leaning.

Don’t use this website, it’s a scam. Received the same experience as the other reviews on here after ordering an ottoman. Received an email saying our order will be delivered in 2-3 weeks time then nothing showed up. After contacting their customer service a few times we heard nothing. Luckily we were able to recover the money through the bank. Eventually this fake company emailed to say they’re refunding our order due to unforeseen circumstances. Did we receive that refund? Of course not!

Ordered a drop leaf table and stowaway chairs. Told 2-3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks had a rude message stating order cancelled and refund made. Despite emails asking where my refund is I still have not received it. Can't get through on the phone. Useless rude thieving company. I HOPE THE POLICE ARE READING THESE REVIEWS.

I recently bought a bunk bed from them. Such a awful experience, don't buy from them. Now I wish I'd read these messages from others. Bought the bed on 24th November, on 27th they email me saying that my order will be with me within 2 to 3 weeks and following this on 4th December they informed me that your order has been cancelled and the payment has been refunded. Just today I read these messages from people who were in the same situation and decided to call my bank. My bank couldn't confirm that the money were processed on the 4th December. Only furniture is a scam company.

Exactly the same as previous people - order placed then cancelled with email saying “successfully returned payment” WHERE I haven’t received it, emailed again and same generic email received- in fact received this generic email now 4 times, disputed the payment with my bank even asked the supplier for bank swift transaction so the bank can trace the refund they supposedly made - still waiting - after reading these reviews (a little to late) I have now reported this company to Trading Standards - my mother who has limited funded can’t buy from anywhere else until she receives her refund

Placed order 1st of November, was told would receive within 2 weeks. When I chased it I was helpfully assured by their representative Sophie she was personally chasing it. My order was then cancelled and 1 week later I've not been refunded and am having to raise a bank dispute instead.

After receiving my order confirmation and taking my money I started getting nervous after I received what seemed like an e-mail written by a Chinese chatbot (only the 'Dear Friend' introduction was missing).
In the week of the last possible delvery data I contacted them as I had not heard anything and things got worse all I got was delaying tactics and no committment not even to a date when they would know anything about my order (let alone an estimated delivery).
Throughout I had to chase them as not a single piece of information was volunteered. Many many e-mails went unanswered as well.
So I cancelled it, I then received in two separate e-mails (on request of course as nothing is volunteered) confirmation that my refund was processed - it never arrived.
In one of the e-mails although they confirmed that the refund had been processed they also said I should see if I could "initiate a chargeback" with my bank. As they will know a condition of chargeback is that there is a breach of contract. So I can only read that as them admitting that they are in breach of contract and their e-mail confirming the refund was processed and outright and barefaced lie!
This is not normal business practice, at best this is grossly negligent, at worst fraud.

Very similar story to the others. Ordered table and chairs, no update after 2 weeks. Emailed, reply saying delivery is 2-3 weeks, after 3 weeks from date of purchase I emailed again saying I needed a firm delivery date by the end of the week or I'd be seeking a refund through my Credit Card. A month after I placed my order I got an automated email to say it was cancelled! So far the payment has not been returned. I'm keeping a close eye in it and will be following up if refund is not forthcoming!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They've no doubt made interest off my payment for nothing more than 3 automated emails!!!

Do not order from this company they are scammers and never have any intention of sending any goods whatso ever, they have been reported and now an investigation is underway plus speaking to my legal team will be taking them to court and they will be issued with a CCJ and if they don’t pay, they will be served with a winding up order with all the court costs on top. That’s the great thing with a limited company, exposure and they will be paying and will link their website to all fraudulent links and bought to pay for their terrible behaviour to hardworking people. We have all of their personal details and know what scams they have been involved with. All in good time they will get what’s deserved…..

I ordered a nest of tables at the beginning of October and only got told a few weeks later that they cancelled it! No replies to any emails! Awful customer service! Also no refund still
