I couldnt be happier with the services of this company.
My first trip outside of Europe ever, I was slightly concerned about the safety in Egypt.
From the moment that I landed, I felt like a VIP and was showered with attention and assistance for all questions I had. The organisation was stellar! There was always good communication and punctuality from all company reps.
A trully mesporising journey for me, as I've always wanted to visint the pyramids, karnak and luxor temples.

Special thanks to my two guides:
- Medo in Cairo and,
- Ahmad Elshazly in Luxor.

If you are lucky enough to secure their services for your trip, you will be stunned by their charm, deep knowledge, friendliness and passion for ancient Egyptian culture.

We had the most wonderful experience in Morocco thanks to Hassan and Aziz. From the moment our journey began, Hassan made us feel safe and cared for. He is incredibly patient, calm, and always attentive on the road. We never once felt rushed or uneasy — he truly drives with both skill and heart.

Aziz was the perfect guide, always willing to help, answer our questions, and make sure we were comfortable. He is a genuinely good person with so much kindness and patience, and he gracefully tolerated all our jokes, delays, and endless requests. His knowledge and warmth added so much meaning to our trip.

Both Hassan and Aziz went above and beyond to keep us happy, and they made our time in Morocco unforgettable. I’ve just come back from the Magical Morocco tour which I loved! We saw so much and we were taken care of so well. The booking agents were so helpful before I headed off. Then Jaouad met me at the airport and looked after us on our tour. Jaouad is a local who shared his knowledge of his country passionately and was so kind to us. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Our driver, Suleiman was a careful and friendly driver who was always available with a smile! They both made our trip so easy! The tour is a good pace and you get to see so much! Highly recommend this company, the tour, Jaouad, Suleiman and Morocco!!

I just finished the Morocco blue city tour with Jawad tour guide. He is very professional knowledgeable and great tour guide. I highly recommend to explore the Morocco with him. He is the best.

A Group of our friends (4 couples) booked The East Africa Explorer`24 Day tour from 07 Sep to 30 Sep with with Flight Centre Forest Hill (Diana Chan). We had a bad safety experience and have sent an eamil to Flight Centre and your company on 05 November. It is over 2 weeks now and no proper response from your company. This is the email sent on 05 November to Diana Chan from Flight Centre:

Hello Diana,
We have waited all of last month for a response (My Whatsapp message sent on 30 September) from you or Katie since we returned. Both of you have chosen not to reply or respond to my message to you from Africa whilst on tour in Africa.

There were a number of serious issues with the tour which I will put down below:

1) The vehicles (not 4WD but vans by Gloria Safari)) that were used for the game drive in Masai Mara were not road worthy. The seat belts were not working or broken which put us at risk if the vehicle overturned or crashed.

2) Both the vehicles' sliding doors did not open from the inside. The guide had to open it from the outside which meant if we crashed we would be trapped inside.

3) The campsites in Serengeti were not secured or fenced.Worse was there were no guards at all if we needed to go to the toilet at night. At 5.00AM in the morning I had 3 lions run across me about 40 meters away. One of the ladies who went to the ladies toilet later that morning saw lion paw prints in the bathroom. The door and gate were not locked so they must have entered the bathrooms for water. NO SECURITY AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TAKEN! We heard from other friends on 2 different African tours that they had wardens to escort them to the toilets at night.

4) We were stuck at the Tanzania / Malawi border for over an hour in scorching 31 degree heat because their local agent had not done the truck permit paperwork prior to our arrival. No water provided. As a matter of fact for our full tour we had to make our own arrangements for water except for when we were on the game drives in Masai Mara and Serengeti.

5) We were told we would still see the animal Serengeti crossing in September only to be told on arrival the crossing finished in early August.

6) The problem with our touring truck we noted started from Dar es salaam. The spring washers that hold the fuel pump to the engine were damaged so we had to drive slowly and stop every 2 hours so the screws could be checked and tightened, and also he could check if the engine was heating up. The driver said he was not getting approval from Acacia to fix the problem. So most mornings we had to start our journey early in the morning before the sun was up and hot. The truck did not even have curtains to keep the sun out. The engineer in our group said the vehicle was very poorly maintained. It Appears that they have not maintained it after each trip. We just limped into Livingstone and it collapsed.What would have happened if it broke down in the wilderness. There is nothing like RACV there. On The Go and Acacia have really put our lives at risk.

We would like a proper response to our complaint before we take the matter further.

Please get back to us with urgency. We are all very unhappy with the way this tour has gone.

My husband and I were on the 9-day Totally Morocco tour in October. Our guide, Jemal, was amazing. His knowledge of the country was exceptional as he led us through each town and village. We really got a full understanding of Morocco and its people. I am particularly grateful to Jemal for escorting me back to our hotel one day when I was not feeling well. On The Go Tours is lucky to have such a thoughtful and talented tour guide.

Our tour guide, Jaouad, made our two-week tour memorable, fun and comfortable! We went to exciting places, learned rich information and were well taken care of throughout the entire trip! Thank you, Jaouad!

Our trip to Morocco was absolutely incredible, thanks to our amazing guide Jaoud and our wonderful driver Jamal.
Jaoud went above and beyond in every way. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we experienced the real Morocco. From sharing local stories and history to helping us find the best spots for photos and authentic food, he truly made our journey unforgettable. You can tell he loves what he does, and his passion for his country shines through in every moment.
Jamal, our driver, was just as fantastic. He was always professional, punctual, and made us feel completely safe and comfortable on the road. The car was spotless, and his calm, friendly manner added to the overall great experience.
Together, they made an excellent team. Both were organized, caring, and fun to travel with. We couldn’t have asked for a better duo to guide us through Morocco. Highly recommend both Jaoud and Jamal to anyone planning a visit!

We booked the Imperial Morocco tour in October with On The Go Tours, and our guide was Jaouad. The 5-star rating is all thanks to him — he was absolutely fantastic! Polite, helpful, sincere, and always smiling. He genuinely cared about everyone in the group and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the trip.
While the tour itself wasn’t the perfect fit for us, I’d suggest the company consider adjusting the itinerary — especially the Atlas Mountains day. We spent about eight hours driving just to stay overnight at a hotel before heading to Marrakech the next day. Personally, I would’ve preferred an extra night in Fes instead.
Our driver, Jamal, was also wonderful — very accommodating and a pleasure to travel with.
Overall, Jaouad truly made our trip special and memorable. He’s the reason this tour gets top marks from us!

We went on the Totally Morocco 9 day tour at the end of September and highly recommend it as a way to cover a lot of ground in Morocco and get experiences you wouldn’t be able to do without a tour guide. We were in a group of 11 with tour guide Houcine and driver Suleman. Houcine was very caring and knowledgeable and made sure everyone had what they need, including when my husband got ill on one of the days, he checked up on him which was very kind. He had good connections with tour locations and secured us great guided tours. Our driver was absolutely exceptional and we felt very safe. My highlight was camera trekking in the Sahara desert and staying in a Berber camp. This is bucket list stuff - the stars were so clear in the sky. I’d recommend moving the hotel in Rabat to one in the centre so there would be more time for guests to explore and take in the beauty of the city. I would improve the tour with a more detailed itinerary as we weren’t always sure what was happening and communication could have been a little stronger before and during the tour. We booked the Agadir add on. Jamal accompanied us and he was absolutely lovely. We were not impressed with the hotel chosen and only stayed one night before booking somewhere else. It was our honeymoon and we just needed something a bit more special. I would advise on the go tours to review the hotels they select for Agadir and choose one on the beach. Morocco is a very exciting destination and would say it’s best experienced with a guide - on the go tours is a good option.

Houcine was a fantastic guide during our 9 day tour of Morocco. He was very friendly, considerate and kind. The driver Suleman was an expert driver. We really enjoyed the experience and loved the Moroccan culture and history. I would improve the tour by adding a couple of rest days in different cities, making it an 11 or 12 day tour. The reason being is that the country is so vast and lots to see. Houcine is an absolute credit to your company. He always made sure we were happy, safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend investing in him as he is a brilliant asset to On the Go Tours.

Our tour guide, Hung Do, was phenomenal. Always on time, always on hand to help out, great command of English, wonderful sense of humour and happy to ensure our needs were met!

It was a very well run tour led by a very good and experienced guide.
Most of the experiences that were expected were delivered and in the main were very enjoyable.
We were very impressed learning so much about the history of Vietnam from a very knowledgeable man.
Needless to say the food was brilliant and we enjoyed this part of the tour very much.

A series of amazing adventures from Hanoi to Hoi An with a small group of Travellers from around the world, ably guided for the whole tour by our local guru, Hung who explained, organized and joined us for all activities.

Great 9 day tour of Morocco. Highly recommend On The Go tours, our knowledgeable guide Aziz cateing for our every need and our awesome driver Mustafa for keeping us safe. Highlight the Berber Camp in the Sahara in/out by camel. Fab accommodation and best with a small group easier to manoeuvre around Medinas and site visits.

Aziz was a great guide Very knowledgeable.The tour covered everything we wanted to experience in Marocco.We were 3 South African ladies with the rest of the group Australians and Aziz handled all very well.Some of the hotels were better than others.The stay in the Riad was very good.On the whole it was a very insightful and enjoyable tour!!

As a person travelling on my own, the experience enabled me to relax and feel safe. Our guide Aziz was so good at showing us the amazing variety of life in and around the cities. It really opened my eyes to see and to appreciate how Moroccans live and work. The trip showed how progressive Morocco is in its infrastructure, adapting and absorbing the natural resources from this beautiful country.
Aziz and our driver Mustafa, went out of their way to proudly show their country to us and to make the whole trip enjoyable, eye opening and such a great experience.

I had a wonderful holiday on the nine day totally Morocco trip, it far surpassed my expectations as the cost was so low including good hotels and food.
Our tour guide Jamal was exceptional, looking after the nine people in our group, very cheerful, concise and a deep knowledge of his country culture and history.
This made the long bus journeys to different cities and historic places more interesting.
I would recommend on the go Tours and will be definitely booking again with this company.

The best part of the Vietnam tour was Hung - our local guide. He was so insightful, had a great sense of humour and attentive to your needs. I would do another tour with him in a heartbeat!

Morroco unfolded its self through the itinerary and our guide Aziz. We were informed in detail of what to expect each day. But what happened was more than l could imagine. Information about this incredible land and its people was revealed everyday day in a gentle manner. Im impressed with how Morroco is progressing as a unique destination to visit. The tour was extraordinary in its planning and having specialists guides was paramount. The stops we made to see the local artisan in action and to learn about their crafts was another highlight. Knowing they are co ops helped me appreciate their work and Morroco even more. The transport was comfortable and our driver incredible making sure we were safe and on time.
