Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and once again our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused.
As discussed with you over the phone, when your order reached our packing team we discovered that one of the display slider shoes had been removed from the box in-store, meaning the pair could no longer be sold. This is an extremely rare and unfortunate situation, and we fully appreciate how frustrating it must have been after placing your order in good faith.
As soon as we identified the issue, we contacted you to apologise and offered either:
• the same model in an alternative colour, or
• an immediate full refund (which we processed straight away at your request).
We work hard to ensure our stock levels are accurate and available at the point of purchase, and we are now reviewing our in-store security and stock checking procedures to prevent something like this from happening again.
Thank you again for your understanding during an unforeseen situation, and we hope we have the chance to welcome you back in the future with the level of service we pride ourselves on.
