I ordered online with no problems and chose the free postage option. I quickly recieved a confirmation of the order and recived an email from Royal Mail confirming the delivery schedule.

My Walking Poles were delivered by the regular postman a day earlier than expected.

They offered multiple usage scenarios, based on their personal experiences, which was some of the best advice I have be given, also uniquely more practical, than the product focused jargon that often is not applicable to real-world scenarios faced in a tent, with no alternative solutions during challenging weather conditions.

They have an excellent range of outdoor gear from some of the more unusual brands. After literally looking for years to find a pair of walking boots that suit my odd shaped feet, I have finally succeeded. with a pair of Hanwag Bunions. Not only are they excellent, comfortable boots at a very competitive price but they even arrived early. All in all an excellent all round performance from a smaller independent retailer in Cambridge.
