My parents had visited the shop in Cambridge and said that the staff were helpful and friendly, hence why I decided to order from Open Air. Their online service was excellent too: good communication regarding my order and it was delivered promptly and well packed. A great service all-round!

Il wanted to buy a Rab Electron jacket
I wanted to buy a new Rab winter jacket,I purchased a Rab microlight in Jan 2020 from the Cambridge branch.This still is an excellent jacket,my service on that was fantastic.After researching on line and visiting a variety of outdoor clothing shops,yours included (in Green Street).I had decided on my choice a Rab Electron in Beluga.The information and advice from the young man who served me was fantastic.He informed at that time and having a reduced range in store I’d have to order on line.Not well versed in on line purchasing but was offered help over the phone and collected said Electron jacket a couple of days later.Same young made helped yet again fantastic service to end the process.Yes I’m delighted with my new jacket.It was amazing on a very very cold day last Thursday.Thank you to every one involved,I know where I will be buying my next Rab jacket from👍🏻.I will be advising my friends and contacts to shop with you!!
