I Enjoy Live classes

I love how the teacher's native language is English. And I find the live classes enjoyable -cause teachers are so caring- and so I am willing to join in more live classes.

I tried to contact someone to resolve…

I tried to contact someone to resolve an issue, but I was told that nothing could be done and that I should speak with an advisor instead. When I asked for the advisor’s information, Laura from CR support started sending automated messages and completely ignored my request without offering any real assistance or solution.

Good service

First of all , I’ve had a several phone calls over the past few days, customer service team has been quite helpful, the issue you should focus on is making your system more user friendly . In particular I believe that thr auto cancellation of your annual agreement should be handled by your side.

Excellent value and a very user-friendly platform

From the platform’s design, which is super user-friendly, to the wide variety of exercises and live classes, everything is excellent. In my case, I also have private lessons, and the cost-benefit ratio is outstanding.
