Been with Openrent, as a landlord, for years. Always found them to be great at what they do and great value for money too.

Simple to use. We found our perfect home for us and our boys. The nicest land lady. So happy

Quite a seamless transaction,
Could do with few explanatory points, and what to possibly expect, and how long it all could take ,so for instance referencing,
I had two tenants, and needed a guarantor, so this was 3 x £30 plus the intail £29 & then all the optional stuff after.
And so on ,maybe just a header at every step, for some one first time use , using like me.
Now l know for next time.
Also holding the rent money for ten days seems odd when l now have someone in my property with all the outlay and have to wait for rent.

We don't like the fact that the property is marked as "Let agreed" just when you start checking a candidate. We lost all the rest candidates (a lot of work from our part) and potentially time before the candidate had completed the process and before we could know whether she was accepted by the Rent Guarantee Insurance. This makes us hesitate about using OpenRent services again. Hopefully, this will change. Thank you!

Easy and efficient advertising, referencing and issuing contract. There are enough people using it so we did not need to go on any big national website to advertise. We use OpenRent for years and always had great experience. I believe our tenants would agree with us.

A true one stop shop with all compliance items handled, clear communication, a system that works, and a good and safe system to connect good landlords with good tenants. The product team know what they're doing here, and the service reflects it.

Great for advertising your property to rent, our new tenant wasn’t actually found via OpenRent, but i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I need their services

Well informed process from tenant find to contract, however, having been used to handling all aspects of deposit collection and securing with MyDeposits to Rent collection, I find the info that leads to OpenRent doing this a little disconcerting.
I’ve always been a hands on Landlord and now feel it is being taken away from me
