From the first contact with Concept we had excellent service. The engineer who measured up our veranda was extremely informative. The engineers who installed the veranda were excellent and would give them full recommendation.

We spent a at least 6 months investigating the various options available in order to maximise the use of a large new decking area. Eventually, we settled on a glass room as it was so flexible, giving full protection when the weather is bad but allowing a proper outdoor experience when the weather is good. We chose OSC for our glass room due to their competitive prices and the fact they don’t send round pushy reps. Due to the popularity during the pandemic we had to wait around 5 months from ordering to delivery and construction. Following construction, we had a number of issues with our glass room, mainly due to some missing minor parts taking a long time to arrive from Germany, but also one or two minor issues around the construction. However, I always think that the measure of a business is customer service and how they deal with problems. I can say that I am very happy with the response from OSC and their determination to rectify the issues I had. All have now been completed and I am very happy with my new glass room. I would certainly recommend a glass room as a means of maximising use of outdoor space and I would not hesitate to recommend Open Space Concepts.

Great product and plenty of text updates. Everything is done on line which is ok but I found printing some details a little difficult. This is probably down to me being sight impaired.

After researching many companies I chose OSC for the Glassroom to be added to the back of the house to give open, sheltered space looking in to the garden and have no regrets whatsoever, it is excellent.
The people I chatted with over the whole process were very helpful. The initial survey provided me with all the information required and the ideas, not initially thought of, that were made by Billy the surveyor were great and now seeing the finished glassroom am glad I took them on board.
The delivery took a bit longer than anticipated but given the current situation nothing could be done about that however it was worth the wait as the materials used are excellent. George and Catalin who came to do the installation were the best, their work is superb, at every stage of the installation they checked things out with me and explained exactly what they were doing. They cleared up as they went along and meticulously checked everything they were doing, couldn't have asked for better workers.
The only reason the rating is 4 star is I felt the ongoing communication from OSC could have been better, keeping in contact even to say there are delays keeps a customer happy!
So all things considered I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

It has turned out better than we imagined.

Very impressed with Open Space Concepts. Sales process very easy & relaxed, no hard sell. Technical survey smooth & efficient, no “sucking in of cheeks or pursing of lips”. We had to wait a while for installation, not unexpected in light of the pandemic & Brexit but when it happened the two fitters were pleasant and very professional. Thoroughly pleased with the finished article. Not cheap but worth the money & exactly what we were looking for.

OSC fitted an Erhardt Sun Awning to my house which is of excellent quality and design. Throughout the whole process from the initial quote to the survey and the installing OSC were very easy and straightforward to deal with. The communication at every stage was excellent and the value for money and quality of the product is also excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending OSC to anyone, they really do 'what is says on the can'.

An all year round patio.
Our new Glass Room has enabled us to change a weather affected sandstone patio into an all year round space. Sliding doors, roof and side blinds, and LED lighting has enabled this change.
The German manufactured materials are of excellent quality, and the OSC installation team did a magnificent job in completing the work in two days, smoothly, efficiently and cleanly.
The specification we requested has materialised and completely changed how we can use our patio.

We are extremely happy with the purchase of our Veranda. We had to wait a little longer due to COVID causing material shortages but were kept informed.The three men who erected it extremely hard working and efficient completing the work in one and a half day’s leaving every thing neat and tidy.I can only say thank you very much to all.

They totally mislead us and gave promises to get the order and once the 50% deposit has been paid they do not respond nor do they keep thier word and then refuse to refund your money. Delivery time was of the essence for this order. Told 10-12 weeks but more likely 10 which was why the order was placed.. Thats now gone to 20 -24 weeks!! Do not order from this company.

I have had to resort to posting this review as I have received no communication from yourselves. You have failed. You have failed to deliver. You have failed to communiacate. You have failed to respond to my calls, text messages,emails. You have now given me ultimations and threats . I don't call that an impeccable record. We have not been kept informed at any stage.

The team before the build were so helpful and friendly, and made everything very clear. They were always happy to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble.
The build team were punctual, polite and professional! They did an amazing job in a very short time. Very hard working and so tidy too, you wouldn’t know they had been here. Our finished glass room exceeded our expectations! We now have the perfect indoor outdoor space all year round! We love our glass room and highly recommend Open Space Concepts.

Thank you so much OSC for an amazing service from start to finish. It looks incredible and has made such a difference to the back of my property and how we can now use the space throughout the year.

From my initial call through to final installation I am so pleased with the team at OSC. The installation was easy and seamless, and the site left immaculate. Pricing is very competitive but the quality of the Glassroom I had installed was excellent.

To say I am pleased with my new glass room would be the most massive understatement! I am delighted to bits with the finished product. It is absolutely exactly what I wanted. It shouts "class" and "quality". I almost cant believe how its turned out. Its beautiful, functional and the subject of envy! Thank you to OCS for a great project from start to finish. The men working in this awful heat were brilliant, quick, tidy, very polite and professional. The results, if you could see this, speak for themselves. Go on - treat yourself! You won't regret it for a minute. Excellent in every way!

The veranda is fantastic! The quality of the product is excellent. The 3 fitters were fitting the veranda in 30 degrees heat each day with no shade and they were still hard working and very tidy. It has made our garden even better. I would recommend OSC to my family and friends.

Efficient and high quality work. I now have the awning I have always wanted. It took a few weeks to arrive from Germany after ordering but it was worth the wait for it to be manufactured to exact specifications. Very please with result. Price was fair for the high quality and workmanship very good. They put everything back in the garden space and demonstrated the function. Very pleased hence 5 stars.
