The new doors to our existing structure arrived on time, at the specified cost, and were fitted efficiently and tidily.

Many thanks for a superb job. We are extremely pleased with the way your company has supported our request from the initial contact, through the planning stage to the final completion. Grateful thanks to Chris and Scott who worked so hard to complete the build in time for our golden wedding celebration.

Although we are generally pleased with our viewing Pod the customer service was very poor. With regard to the sliding doors we were not informed that there is a gap between each one which let's the rain in!

The installation of our Vue Pod was completed yesterday and to say I am happy is an complete and utter understatement!!!!

I initially spoke to Leah when making enquirers about the Vue Pods. She was helpful and unbelievably patient with the endless questions I had, and I mean endless.

Billy then completed a site visit. He was so meticulous and reassured us that it was possible to fit the Vue pod withing our tight space. I ordered our Vue Pod there and then!

I couldn’t wait for the Vue Pod's delivery and received frequent updates from the team. Both Leah and now Charlotte were again so patient and understanding with my queries.

When we initially received the date of installation, I inquired with Charlotte if this could be done sooner to accommodate my son’s first birthday party. Charlotte set realistic expectations that this may not be possible but she would do what she could. Charlotte was also unbelievably patient with my messages and somehow managed to bring the installation date forward and was so brilliantly kind and accommodating.

George and Stefan then arrived on Monday. They were extremely courteous and effortlessly professional, as well as being so clean and tidy! The build took three days, and WOW, it looks better than I could ever have imagined. My husband and I took an expensive risk as we didn't see the Vue Pod in person when we ordered it and fortunately the risk paid off!! The craftsmanship is excellent, the glass is strong and it looks so expensive.

Thank you so much to the whole team! What excellent customer service and product. I cannot wait to show my friends and family it this weekend when its decorated for a party!

We have just had a Markalux awning supplied and fitted by OSC. An excellent company. Provided sooner than the estimated date. The quality of the awning is excellent, it looks fantastic. The installers were great, very tidy and efficient. We are very happy with our purchase from OSC

I would highly recommend OSC. They were great for a number of reasons:
- on the Sales side they don't engage in any 'hard sell' and the quoted price is the all-inclusive, actual price; no sudden big price drops when you mention they're up against competitors.
- the price was the best of the 4 quotes we got from different companies anyway
- during the spec stage people were available to discuss technical details and my queries were answered promptly, with a willingness to listen to my input & concerns (our property is a 200yo granite listed Farmhouse so presents some specialist issues)
- the installation was expertly done, the lads were great to work with and all my concerns about effective flashings and sealing to extremely rough granite block-work proved unfounded due their skillful use of lead etc
- arrangements for the work itself and all the admin side was expertly handled, with clarity, flexibility and charm!

2nd time I've used osc and the team are just wonderful the aftercare service is top notch can't fault them

The overall experience was great. OSC stuck the the timelines they promised at the beginning. Installation team was excellent. They paid a lot of attention to detail. Was not in a hurry to finish and run. Made sure everything was perfect before leaving.

From end-to-end we had a very good experience with OSC. We purchased a 5m x 4m Ascend Veranda to cover a back patio. The sales team gave us different options and pricing, the surveyor understood exactly what we wanted and the deal was agreed. Delivery time was precise and the fitters did a very good job and left the place clean and tidy. I would recommend OSC.

From the original enquiry, dealing with Molly in sales who was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and helped us through the journey. She arranged a visit for us to the showroom and we talked to Mark who showed us a slightly different ‘Pod’ which when we saw it, fitted our plans perfectly. (it is definitely worth a visit to the showroom to get a better idea and you can see the actual’ Pods’)
There was no ‘hard sell’ just friendly advice.

We then had a survey done by Billy who came at a time to suit us, and again nothing was too much trouble. He explained how it would fit and made the necessary adjustments.

We had to wait a few weeks for the ‘Pod’ to arrive ( which we were aware of) and when it did, we arranged a suitable installation date.

The two fitters were very good and were polite, very hard working and professional and cleaned up every night. The whole installation took 3 days even though we had a day of rain and they just worked through it with no complaints.

The finished job is amazing and much better than we originally thought and we are really pleased.

We would highly recommend OSC. They are probably not the cheapest but the product is outstanding and the people at OSC are great to deal with.

Open Space Concepts recently carried out a double Vue Pod installation for me, they’re a very professional company and completed the project to the high standard specified within their brochure, they also kept all their installation date promises and their installation teams were a pleasure to have working around our property, I cannot recommend this company highly enough

We had our awning installed about 3 years ago now this company are amazing so helpful I had an issue with the awning a few months back and they came out next day with no charge really can’t thank you enough.

I had two drop down screens retro fitted to my glass veranda that was installed two years ago. Once again Dave and the team were excellent from the start to completion. We’re very happy with our finished product and would highly recommend OCS.

Great service from beginning to end. Good strong product that will last, and knowledgeable staff that could advise accordingly on the right choice of product to go with the house.

The initial enquiry instituted personal service from all the friendly staff, up to and including Dave , the owner.
There was no hard sell, just a demonstration, explanation and a price.
Charlotte kept us informed of the progress of the order at all times and the installation was arranged and executed on schedule.
The young men installed the pergola in record time, despite the atrocious weather. The finished product is testament to their ability and to their pride in their work.
