Good installer but not experienced electricians

The whole process was very smooth starting from initial contact all the way through to installation. Communication was exceptionally good, quick response for every email that I’ve sent.
Price promise as well, although prices were increased before I ordered the product OSC kept the same price for me.
Quality of the product is great. Quality of workmanship of the installers is also fantastic. Dorel and Victor were friendly and worked really hard. The result is exceptional!
I’ve had this project priced up by competitors as well and OSC seemed to be the most professional and not pushy. That including Billy-the surveyor.

Professional service throughout the process

From our initial enquiry to the actual fitting of our Vue Pod, I couldn't praise OSC more highly.
Chris in sales was brilliant, he always made himself available to answer any questions, and provided photos and any information needed to help us decide what was best for us. The price he gave us was by far the best quote we got, (even with the 'discounts' some competitors offered....) and there was no pressure to go ahead before we were ready.
Billy the surveyor was really knowledgeable and took time to talk with our builder (who's refurbishing our house) to make sure everything was as we wanted it, and happy to take calls with questions after his visit. Charlotte in accounts was there to cheerfully assist on the payment side, and happy to make arrangements for fitting on a date that suited us (we were a bit behind with our preparations).
OSC have their own teams that bring the product and fit it. Our fitters turned up on time, despite the sub-zero conditions and snow at the time, as did a second team who brought down additional glazing. Dorro and Victor (our fitters) did an absolutely expert job of fitting our Vue Pod, despite the freezing conditions, and left the site spotlessly clean.
We are absolutely delighted with our Vue Pod, thanks to all the guys at OSC who were always contactable and couldn't have been more upbeat and helpful.

Doubt I can speak highly enough of OSC. From initial contact, through to completion of our Pod project, I dealt with competent, professional and empathetic OSC staff who delivered an excellent garden room to time and budget. I don’t know who is responsible for the service ethos, but they have got it spot on. I don’t say this lightly, but they can be trusted.

From quote, through survey, to final installation, everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. You get a rough on line quote, no pushy salesmen. All questions were answered during the survey. The guys who put up the glass room got on with it and finished within four days. The product and installation are top quality. Had a minor problem with water dripping from a screw hole but this was solved on the same day that I emailed them about it.

Excellent service and a very good product.
We had problems with the installation caused by an existing structural issue with our house and this was handled in a professional way with no extra cost.

We have a large balcony overlooking Cardigan Bay but were in need of shade. We had seen louvered rooves in New Zealand and thought they would provide an ideal solution. We contacted OSC and they visited and provided a breakdown of the cost, they also warned us of the delay in fitting. When they did arrive they were efficient and very tidy. We are delighted with our pod!

Wayne visited today to carry out remedial work on our Pod.
He was knowledgeable, efficient, carried out all the work required and checked for any other possible issues and moved furniture as needed. He was very pleasant and very polite.

We are so pleased with our louvre pod! It has allowed us to enjoy more of our garden with the options it gives us. The product itself is of excellent quality, and really makes for an interesting feature of our home.
The service we received was excellent and installation was on time. The sales team responded quickly to any queries we had and the surveyor was incredibly helpful and informative. The install team work to a high standard, always kept the area tidy and we're very helpful and polite. We would highly recommend them and definitely would use them again. I had a difficulty with the lock on my glass house and am indebted to Wayne who resolved problem for me. I am based in Scotland so Wayne arranged delivery of the part within forty eight hours and instructed me by text how to fit the new part. I was most impressed.

Overall very pleased with our Menzit Pod garden room. We went for the retractable roof option which is great for our needs. The ground works could have been left a little neater and the roof unruffled when retracted, but as already mentioned, we are really pleased

Open Space Concepts (OSC) fitted our glass veranda in June 2022. The whole team were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
My first point of contact with the team was Jenni who was very helpful and always responded promptly and politely to my enquiries, patiently emailing me different quotes as I kept changing the size and extra’s!
Billy, the surveyor, was so helpful and took his time explaining all the different size options we could have to to make the best use of the space available.
The installation team, George & Stefan, were efficient, polite, tidy and took obvious pride in their work.
The finished veranda is better than we hoped for. It looks fabulous and certainly fulfils our hopes for an outside room. Would definitely spend the extra money though on the roof and side blinds. They look great and make it cosy at night. Haven’t properly tried out the wall heater yet. Fitted just in time for the sunny weather!
Long wait for it to arrive but worth it, arriving within the specified time.

The OSC team were great from start to finish. Mark was very helpful with all the information, answering a lot of my questions when I was investigating which option to go with. The installation team (Dorro & Viktor) were excellent and super efficient - great quality of work and left the place neat and tidy. Overall very happy with OSC and the product/quality of installation. Would highly recommend!

It's been six months since we had our Glass Room installed by Open Space Concepts , so a good time to review our experience! We originally had 3 companies quote for the work with OSC pitching in the middle quote of the 3 , so decided we would go with them , Originally we were given a lead time of 12 weeks and a promise of installation before Christmas, unfortunately that never materialised and the Glass Room was fitted late January. Germany supplier delays and the fall out of Covid19!? However we are very pleased with the finished product and the transformation it has given the back of our property, fitted on the day by George and Catalin taking just on two days to complete. I would recommend OSC who were generally prompt with enquiries and call backs to answer any questions but be mindful of changes to lead times.The quality of the Glass Room looks great , and as yet no reason to ask for a revisit for snags or problems during or after the fitting thankfully , so would have no hesitation to recommend them to friends and family
