Very excellent company Helping us during the isolation with the rental free And also online support team are very helpful as well.

Just starting using Openstart after being with another company for 3 years and I have to say I’m very impressed. Great start on the website to conversations with the office staff to getting setup and ready to collect the car the following day. Collection was easy and the guys at the pickup point were equally brilliant. Totally recommend.

It's the only company that opened their hearts to the drivers during these unprecedented times. (Covid19). I can't thank them enough.

Been renting a PCO car from Openstart since February and I'm very happy with the car and customer services they provide too. Their cars are all in good conditions and they include car service and fully comprehensive insurance in weekly rental which is very handy. They have a brilliant app that drivers can use for everything- get in touch, extend your rental, track your payments etc, report an accident or a breakdown etc. I love working with these guys.

I have been with the Openstart nearly 2 years now. They are very professional and deal with any issues quickly. What I love about them the most is that they just let you get on with your job. No need to go to the office apart from the initial collection. Honestly I've been in their office 2 times in 2 years. Once when I picked up the car, and another when I swapped the car for another over. They are always trying to help me. Right now because of the Covid-19 they reduced the rent from 220 to 95 which has helped me to continue working and providing for my family. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent a PCO car. Alex

Most of the things are good with them. They are really generous with cutting rent over half in Covid19 period. Their application is a good thing as well. The areas to improve are: difficult communication and docs in app are out of date when contract is renewed. My actual review will be 4+ but I gave them 5* as encouragement to improve above issues.

I would greatly appreciate to Openstart for their services during the vivid-19 as they reduced their rental price from £205 to £95. It really help a lot for me because I didn’t have enough job to do since this lockdown on covid-19 begins.Thank you openstart!
