Great customer service and excellent support .
I would recommend to others.
Only little problem is that they don't do rent to buy scheme.
That would make them one of the best off all

difficulties with this rental company

-Thier communications over the phone is dead, unless they want contact you.
— connection over chat is absolutely terrible
You will regret to chat!!!
—they have hidden fees which is not mentioned in agreement you sign !!! And if you remember them is not in agreement, they will say it is in our website !!!
But this is private and they can write everything they want in thier website,
There is no legal reason when you sign an agreement , you accept terms of thier website, while they never transfer those terms to agreement signing by renter.
- there is not mentioned about late payment fees for £15 per day in contracts you sign
—- annual rate for this charge is 2400 percentage which is absolutely illegal!!
—- they are not regulated by FCA, so they haven’t right to charge for late payment.
— they don’t refund you your deposit by bringing many different excuses.
With all of these do you want rent car From this company???!!!!😇

Don't rent car from them you will regret!!

Don't rent car from them they are very unprofessional and they will try to charge you extra for what ever they want!!! (check all bad reviews and you'll see everybody is complaining about the same things) From the first day they give me a car with expired MOT, the congestion charge in contract is write they will send it to you every end of the month ( after 4 months I still not receive it ) I receive a PCN after 3 months, and the second PCN they send it to me with all may car information and PCN number but I want to check the pictures online and then I saw the PCN it was for another car not mine, I write them e-mail with screenshots, I write them on the app and I called them 3 days in a row until someone bother to answer me very rude and unprofessional but they made a refund ( all the time check everything what you received from them twice). In general when you need an information or you have a problem they will answer when they want. Because I had only problems with them I returned the car but now another problems I recieved my car with a lot of scratches and it was small hits everywhere (and also dirty of course to not see everything) anyway I clean with my hand I show the guy a lot of damaged on the car and he said come nobody care about that, but I missed one on the front bumper in the left edge ( but I still show him on front bumper was all scratched and also a small hit ) but now they send me a report with a charge of 150 fro front bumper for a scratche ( they want to repair all the bumper with my money) and also they send me in the same report another small hit on the back wheel another 150 ( but this one is in the photos done from when I took the car but the guy made the picture from up to down and because it was dusty is not visible so hard like when I took the car back cleaned and now the guy make the picture very close and straight) And was more problems with them. For every thing what I said I have also proofs ( pictures, screenshots and all emails send to them) be very careful when you rent from them they will try to steal money from you for everything they can !!! I'm still regretting I rent for them and maybe lose more time and money to go in court with them, because is very unfair and frustrating what they are doing and the way they treat us!
