I've been hiring from Openstart Ltd for close to a year. Amir and the team have been amazing providing industry leading vehicles backed by the prestigious platinum customer service. The vehicle's are all of a high standard with breakdown cover if and when required all at very reasonable prices. Openstart Ltd are truly very professional and certainly market leaders.

I have been renting with Open start for about 4 months now and I must say they are really professional and really impressed with the service. The car runs smoothly, prompt response to my emails. Always willing to help if I have any issues. Can't fault them, so far so good.

While every thing seemed to start smoothly, you tend to try to collect the rent fee a day or even 2 days earlier as you did this week than what was agreed on. This costs me £ 20.00 every time you do it plus my credit credibility is seriously damaged because of it. I paid £60.00 to the bank last month because of it. This apart you are superb

I am already hired for over 10 months.they are very good company with all great staff & good customer service & understand drivers.all their cars are in good condition with reasonable deposit with Quick and easy to register submit forms and get a contract.

I’ve nearly 6 months contacts with Openstart Pco car rental, and still is continuing, they are excellent, they help driver as possible as they can care about drivers income. I have worked with many before which those are best rating, but I’m saying that this company is better than the others. You see if by a fault or life problems you can not pay the rent on time , most rental company charge you a fee (£10 Otto car) for one day late , but this company try to understand driver circumstances.
Of course my rent payment is up to date now.
This rental ltd is sympathetic to drivers and they try company drivers as possible as they can.
All cars are new 18 or 19 plate
Deposit is £199 which if you have accidents by your fault maybe effected.
Rent rate is fare enough.

Great company for car rental. Easy Procedures .
Now with the Openstart app it’s great . They are on the ball when it comes to communicating with the drivers . They appreciate your business and look after you.

Quick and easy to register submit forms and get a contract. Very helpful customer services, definitely recommend.

Altogether a great experience. Good App, good service, rapid action and great vehicle.

I’m having a car from Openstart since May, I would say that they have good customer service before and after renting a car.

They have good selection of cars, and excellent support through the entire renting period. I would always recommend them.

Rent from them almost a year never had problem.

This company needs to get rid of some employees who are letting them down. My overall experience was bad as i was let down by their employees. Their representatives are very unprofessional. Upon returning the car, the (return attendant) at the dropoff location started shouting at me because he said he has childcare and he couldnt wait for me. Utterly irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. The next day i received a text message from the company saying they are reporting the car to the police as stolen.
I informed them i had already returned the car.
This is a cowboy company. I would not recommend using this company. Stay away.
