The opperator was very kind explained to me that I still have time to quite the prime account and sent me a voucher.

The staff was very helpful, with my query moreover she was understanding. Every company has rules and polices but sometimes understanding Customers is more important. That's a 5star Customer service provided to me. really appreciate I am beyond words.

I had a very frustrating experience with Opodo.

I was unable to check in for my flight because the booking reference provided could not be found in the airline system. As a result, I missed my flight despite arriving prepared to travel.

I tried to contact Opodo immediately, but it has now been over 2 days with no response from their customer support. This lack of assistance in such an urgent situation is unacceptable.

A travel agency should ensure bookings are valid and provide immediate support when issues arise, especially when a passenger risks missing a flight.

I strongly advise others to double-check their booking directly with the airline and be cautious when relying on third-party platforms like Opodo.

Omar was very helpful, extremely friendly and super professional. Instead of putting me on an annoying hold while verifying my request, he was chatting with me. It was such a refreshing change! And he genuinely cared about my problem and helped to solve it.

Very good, quick and helpful

I should have learnt from last year, but I’m nothing if not consistent. They took my renewal without warning and I vowed to cancel the subscription before it happened again. However, I spent hours upon hours attempting to do this via the app and desktop version and I was unsuccessful. I needed a holiday with all the stress it caused, but I wouldn’t choose this company to help me find it.

So another year went by and the email dropped again saying thanks for another years subscription which cost £99.99!
How do they work this cost out? Because I cannot fathom it.

I rang and spoke to a lovely gentleman who said I could get half the money back, but stated he couldn’t recover the whole cost. Fair enough, it was my fault.

Please be aware that this company will NOT warn you that they are due to take your subscription money, they just gloat in an email once it’s done and there’s nothing you can do!

I need to wait for the money to be returned before I can cancel, so no doubt I’ll get stung again next year!

Fantastic service I have always received from Opodo.

Eman was fantastic on the call on Tuesday 14/04. Same as the guy I spoke with over the weekend. And again Mahmood today.

It's a quite complex matter which they couldn't resolve themselves but have all given their 101%.
