Don’t hesitate to buy tyres from oponeo!
I was shopping for my wife’s car tyres. On oponeo.co. uk found a reasonable price for a pair of tyres. The main criteria was low noise and a lowest possible fuel consumption. Hankook Kinergy eco2 tick the boxes.
Delivery is within 2 working days and was on time! If I need in the future tyres for my car I definitely will be back.

Avoid at all cost
Bought a tyre for my car and selected a garage for it to be delivered and fitted. Garage was unreachable by phone so had to go there only to be told they do not fit tyres any more.
Collected the tyre and informed oponeo.
Decided to return the tyre as I sorted out an alternative.
Asked oponeo to return the tyre. They booked me in for a collection but no-one came.
Gave up in the end and have kept the tyre as simply don't have the time or energy to be dealing with this incompetent company.
No explanation or compensation offered for the inconvenience and disruption caused.

Low profile tyre
I ordered a 265x30x20 continental sp5 tyre form this company at a great price and had it delivered to a shop near by. The only disappointment was the price to fit the tyre it was different to the one advertised on their website.

undelivered after 8 days AND COUNTING
Phoned several times and spoke with polish lady who promised the tyres would be delivered in 2 days. 4 days later, no tyres, phoned again and they refused to acknowledge that they spoke to me earlier.
Excuse after excuse and still no tyres.
Now, they cant even give me a reliable delivery date and refuse to contact me to discuss my order. Ive asked for a refund but they have completely ignored my request.
Ive bought 2 of the most expensive tyres in their portfolio - NEVER AGAIN.
I would definately steer well clear of this dodgy company.

We would like to clarify that your payment was received on 30.07. parcel was dispatched on the same day. As clearly stated in our shipping policy, the standard delivery time is up to 6 working days – weekends are not included in this timeframe.
At this stage, the parcel is still within the expected delivery window. We understand delays can be frustrating, but your claim of "undelivered after 8 days" is not accurate when counting only business days.
We assure you that we are monitoring the shipment and working with the courier to ensure it arrives as soon as possible. We also kindly remind you that premature refund requests cannot be processed while the order is still in transit.
Should the parcel not arrive within the expected period, we will take immediate action.
