Bought 2 rear tyres for Porsche 911

Bought 2 rear tyres for Porsche 911 - fantastic experience. Delivered within 5 days, great price and perfect service - have bought from them many times, with no problems. Would use again without hesitation.

Ordered 2 tyres a week ago got 1 sent…

Ordered 2 tyres a week ago got 1 sent out in3 days, called the delivery company about the other, they didn’t get it from openeo, emailed them on Friday, Monday and Tuesday they said they were waiting to see if it was lost, surely digital age yes lost or not, called today a week after, and there just away to call the carrier, to see if they did have it, had to cancel the fitting , still waiting, someone to call back, they’ll probably forget to do that !

The second tyre was dispatched from our warehouse yesterday, 27/08/2025, and you were informed about this yesterday afternoon. According to the carrier’s standard transit times, delivery should take place by Friday, 29/08/2025.

The delay occurred because the carrier needed additional time to trace the parcel in their network before confirming its status. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially since you had to cancel your fitting appointment. Please accept our sincere apologies for this.

Your case is being actively monitored by our team until delivery is completed. If there are any updates from the courier, we will contact you immediately.

I have nothing to say.

Accelera IOTA ST-68 285/40R22 110 Y XL, ZR Quantity: 4 I bought these recently I am very disappointed all 4 have problems, they are not round they have problems from the factory I have balanced them all and they still vibrate I have spent an extra £250 at different companies that balance but no chance

We have also checked our records and found that you have not submitted any complaint to us regarding the tyres. In such cases, the correct procedure is to contact our Claims Department first, instead of incurring additional costs such as repeated wheel balancing. This would have allowed us to properly investigate your concerns.
It is also important to note that vibration issues can often be related to other factors, such as the wheel rims or the suspension, not necessarily the tyres. Moreover, if the tyres appeared deformed, they should not have been fitted at all, but reported to us immediately.
For these reasons, we believe this review does not reflect our service fairly. Should you still wish to clarify the issue, we remain available to support you through the proper claims process.

I’ve purchased tyres here previously, delivery notification was slightly better than my last delivery as notifications came just minutes prior to the courier knocking on my door!!
Fortunately I was in as it was very early
Generally recommended this company great prices and fast delivery
