Express Delivery is a myth
The tyres were ordered on Thursday with express 48h delivery. After multiple attempts to get the tracking number I learned that the tyres were sent on Monday. Had a conversation with the Clients Team and was told "yes this is 48h delivery" I understand that the weekend is off, but nevertheless they should send them on Friday and deliver on Monday. It might sound like an unimportant issue, but I missed my tyre change appointment and took me several days to get a new one. I'm overall happy with the price, but unhappy with "express delivery".

I have ordered two tyres from them, after one week I got delivery but it was just only one tire, it passed another week and still have nothing from them but just only one excuse from rude person on their phoneline about this tire "it is still in transit but they cant say where is it" !! can you believe in this ? I have to get day off my work to pick up one tire and need to get another day off my work to pick another tire if they delivery it, There is many places stationery tyre shop which can give you any tire immediately (becasue they have in the stock) at the same price tyres which you looking for and nobody will waste your time and money !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN , and SHAME ON YOU at the same price which I can get tyre in Ireland at shops. YOU gave me a headache, stress , and waste of my time and money, TIMEWASTERS nothing else so if you can get a tyres at your local shop go there and buy dont allowed this company waste your time or money!!!!! also it might to be VERY IMMPORTANT INFORMATION to their next customers which is before I bought a tires from them I found information on their website they have delivery within 4-5 working days which was very convenient for myself, when delivery was delayed and then never delivered I was told they have reserved delivery time up to 28 working days!!!! so I think they no honest sellers if they missleading information with their customers!!! [update] I have asked them to delivery another tyre and you know what....??? they failed again !!!!! DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU LIKE WASTE YOUR MONAEY AND YOUR TIME !!!!! NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, SUCH A POOR QUALITY COMPANY
