Express Delivery is a myth

The tyres were ordered on Thursday with express 48h delivery. After multiple attempts to get the tracking number I learned that the tyres were sent on Monday. Had a conversation with the Clients Team and was told "yes this is 48h delivery" I understand that the weekend is off, but nevertheless they should send them on Friday and deliver on Monday. It might sound like an unimportant issue, but I missed my tyre change appointment and took me several days to get a new one. I'm overall happy with the price, but unhappy with "express delivery".

we are very sorry for your disappointment.

The payment was credited on Thursday evening. The ordered goods were shipped on Friday morning and delivered on Tuesday morning of the following week, ie slightly after 48 working hours.

Samochód miał być odebrany o 11 w poniedziałek. [Potwierdzali sms]
Nikt się nie zjawił. Zadzwoniłem umówić ponownie zwrot na wtorek. Odebrali spóźnieni 2h. Otrzymałem informację, że naliczą opłatę karną na dodatkową dobę.
Zgłoszona reklamacja - "Nie uznajemy reklamacji z uwagi na to, że jej nie uznajemy bo do Pana próbowaliśmy dzwonić" Żałosna firma.
