Excellent experience with OPS-Store
Excellent experience with OPS-Store. The ordered product is perfect, delivery was really fast, faster than a order placed on the same day within Germany. Information about order, delivery and tracking was available at all times.
For a delivery to Germany I was able to choose between three carriers, I chose the intermediate one - Chronopost which in Germany was fulfilled by DPD.
I've got this store bookmarked for future orders.

They dont even answer in english when you need assistence.
I bought serious cash in a few months. ONE pistol was defective, it shooted on the right about 15cm from 8m (i am quite a good shooter also with real steel), they didnt recognize the fault and ship back to me. I bought a ghk 780euros, didnt even empy a mag. They said they would refound me, instead they made me a voucher. When you are lucky the weapona work like any other shop. There is nothing in particoular, powair6 is way better for a lot of things.
I sent a lot of message because i buy a lot of things.
The pistol ia fu**ed and now i am Stucked with a flawed gun. I have to change hop up unit, barrell etc because i cant even sell it. I dont want someone to get something that doesnt work.
About the voucher i didnt receive any advise.
I just know that one night after a few weeks i ordered 850euros of goods and had to pay 100 something.. So i unserstood what was going one. Dont give me that bs voucher story. I am not stupid. O buy thousands of goods from all over the world paying with paypal. I know how paypal works.

You sent a lot of message to us, 90% of the time we answered to you in english (some of your messages are in Italian by the way).
Your replica has been tested by our technicians at the range you were supposed to have problems and they didn't saw any side spin that you have experienced. That's why we send it back to you without any extra shipping cost.
Your refund has been made, the thing is that we have to generate a voucher first to do it. It doesn't change anything to your side.
I can understand your frustration, but it doesn't allow you to insult our after sale service employees.
