All went well
Everything went as expected, the parcel was sent out one day later than expected, but it arrived the next day (EU). The prescription glasses were cheaper than by local optician, and they exceeded my expectations. The lenses (Zeiss) are also of very nice quality. The communication from the seller regarding the status of my order was prompt.

Excellent experience, I had picked Chanel sunglasses in a shop and they were very expensive I found them on Bassol Optic at a much better price and noted these were sold out on a lot of other sites. The delivery was very quick with DHL and packaging was very good. I love my new glasses and already have recommend Bassol Optic to friends and family I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered on the 03.05.2026 a pair of Rayban Meta Gen 2 for nearly 400€ the glasses never arrived, they said they need to investigate that, 5 weeks later they say they still investigating my case and told me not to call them anymore, they deleted my instagram comment and blocked me, decline my calls and don’t reply on my emails! This company is the biggest fraud in history of online orders!
