Price is good but quality compromising
Price is good, sunglasses were delivered but quality is compromised. I tried to return, their portal for generating return labels doesn’t work. Return is expensive, my advise is mind to check carefully every single detail upon delivery and review before accepting the product.

Please note that the designated period for reporting discrepancies regarding the received product is 24-48 hours upon receipt. After this timeframe, any damage may be deemed a consequence of product wear. Furthermore, once the 14-day return window expires, the shipping label portal will automatically deactivate due to being outside the permitted deadline.

Poor quilaty product and not legitimate
I have received my Chanel sunglasses two days ago, and I am very disappointed with their condition.
The sunglasses do not appear to be in new condition. They arrived dirty, and the lenses were covered with fingerprints and my vision through the lenses is blurry. I was unable to clean them regardless how many times i tried ,The fact that the lenses could not be cleaned suggested this is very poor quilaty product and not legitimate
In addition, only one of the arms was wrapped in protective paper, while the other was not. This gives the impression that the sunglasses may have been a display model, a returned item, or previously handled by customers.

Item not delivered, delivery date missed, zero communication from Bassol Optic. AI “customer service”.
During the order process, I was given a delivery date for an item advertised as “available”, this was missed. No apology and no acknowledgement from Bassol Optic.
When chased, a response from their “AI assistant” continues to refer to the missed delivery date as if still relevant and claims that the order (from two weeks ago) is still being processed.
I am normally very cautious shopping online and cannot believe I fell for this scam, falsely reassured by what I now assume are fake Trustpilot reviews.

Terrible customer service
My purchase is stuck in customs for over a week now and no one has cared to resolve the issue. They have terrible customer service, they do not answer emails.
