I placed an order with Bassol Optic on May 2026, for a pair of sunglasses priced at a little over $400 USD.
At the time of purchase, the website indicated a delivery window within 2 weeks. After placing the order, I was informed that there were delays with the supplier. Over the following weeks, I contacted customer service multiple times requesting confirmation that the item was available, a shipping date, and tracking information.
The company responded that the product had not yet arrived at their warehouse and was unable to provide a firm shipping date or tracking number. The promised delivery window passed without shipment or delivery.
I made several good-faith attempts to obtain an update and later requested cancellation and a refund when the delivery date was missed. As of the time of writing this review, I have not received the merchandise.
My experience was that the item was advertised as available, my card was charged immediately, and the company was unable to provide a reliable fulfillment timeline.
Potential buyers should confirm actual inventory availability before placing an order, especially for higher-priced items.

I’d like to say that I am very pleased with the experience I had with the company. When I first ordered the frames I was very impressed and excited about owning the frames that I picked. Shortly after the order was placed, the frames were in the hands of customs and an issue arose and there was a delay in the process. This is what I am most impressed about. While waiting the level of professionalism was impeccable. I shot out a email expressing my concern and I was immediately informed that my concerns mattered! This is unheard of in the day and times that we’re living in! A Big thumbs up to what you guys are doing. The next time I’m looking for eyewear I’ll be considering you FIRST!

Fedex is demanding a payment for the tariff. I have emailed and texted and not really gotten answer to help me out of this invoice. I am going to pay and probabily wont recommend or buy from you again.

Everything went great. Communication was excellent from the moment I placed the order until I received the tracking number.
It’s not a next-day delivery, but the package arrived on the expected date.
The product is authentic, and everything was carefully packaged.
For me, this was a 5-star service with a great price and exactly the product I expected to receive.

Good communication but it took a long time to receive the item. They indicated that there will be no additional customs or shipping fees but I received a bill from FedEx.
