Amazing glasses selection
The glasses selection is amazing. We found one that is impossible to find in the USA. But the service needs to improve. It took a month for production. So little information online. I had to call Barcelona twice, costing me $100 more in calls. And prices differ from Spain locals to the US market big time. Still, I'll recommend them if you're looking for something unique.

Poor Experience
Delays in obtaining frames from vendor, then put in wrong perscription, misleading tariff advertising (nearly 100 US Dollars) that you have to look into the fine print to see if your country is actually not covered in their "they pay" tariff program. I give them 2 stars solely because their email follow-up support is strong.

Great sunglasses
Great sunglasses. Took a long time to come but did get some communication with a team member. I was lucky enough to receive a day before I went on holiday but I made it known to the staff and they ensured it came for me.
