Worst Customer Service - worst order no money no reply


Worst Customer Service . I placed an order and after 3 months the order finally delivred and the order was wrong even the frames have scratched the Customer service do not reply to my emails or text messages and didn't answer the calls I have called them so many times . The Manager's name is Sam was so rude and I cant beleive how the hell this person became the manager he even ask me for more money. which i has to pay since he was not canelling my order and i have paid over $300.00 already
My question was when will i get my frames
His reply was after 3 weeks if there is no complications
I got the snapshots for this conversation. I will never use this website to buy anythinng
I hope this website shutdown soon
Please don't use this website every again

Don't become another victim of this scam

From the better business bureau. From the better business bureau. BBB files indicate a pattern of complaints concerning billing, fulfillment and customer service practices of Optics Fast, Inc. Numerous consumers are telling BBB about their experience after contacting Optics Fast about repair of glasses or sunglasses. A number of consumers that receive the repaired items back from the company claim the glasses are either defective or no repair had been done. Some consumers reportedly still have not received their glasses back after several weeks have passed. Other consumers say they were sent a pre-paid mailing envelope by the company, and claim they are contacted to pay for the shipping costs even if they opted out of using the company's services. A large majority of the complaints mention the rudeness and unprofessional conduct of the customer service staff when trying to resolve the aforementioned issues. There are a significant number of complaints filed with BBB against Optics Fast that have gone unanswered or unresolved.

These people are straight crooks I sent…

These people are straight crooks I sent my glasses to be repaired and they are telling me they never received them but the United States postal office had tracked it and they received it. Now I have to go through whatever I don’t know to send some type of message legally or not never use these crooked thieves!!!!

I dealt with this idiot 12 years ago…

I dealt with this idiot 12 years ago and can't believe he is still allowed to have a business. I got ripped off for a pair of frames they never had. Don't waste your time,!!!! He was Tony Russo at the time right before he went to jail. Dont be stupid!!!!

OpticsFast is my new go to for glasses!

I would consider myself an educated consumer, not only looking for good prices but also looking for good customer service. OpticsFast have been very responsive and helpful, exceeded my expectations going beyond the call of duty to deliver. My experience with this company has been extremely smooth and I'm looking forward to doing business with them in the future for myself and my family. Thanks guys!

Found The Perfect Classic Frame

I have been wanting a specific pair of classic Chanel frames for the past 6+ years. I thought that OpticsFast forgot about my request. Out of the blue I received an email from Sam that he found my frames. Although I just went binge shopping for like 5 pairs of frames, I HAD to purchase these. Talk about great customer service!!

Amazing service

Amazing service. I had a specific style of Ray-Ban glasses that I love but they are no longer sold. OpticsFast was able to re-create a nearly identical pair for me. They are perfect and I couldn't be happier. The service was perfect, professional and quick. The quality is amazing. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely order my glasses from them in the future.

The service at this business if…

The service at this business if horrible. Not only did it take over a month to have my glasses repaired, the job was crappy and horrific. After spending over $200 for this repair, I am now looking for another place to fix my glasses. I reached out regarding how poorly my repair was but never heard not one word back from them. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT OPTICSFAST!!!!!

Eyeglass Vendor, Imprisoned for Terrorizing Consumers, Is Accused of Fraud

Vitaly Borker (born 1975 or 1976) is an American felon. Borker owns DecorMyEyes and has been listed in domain records as owner of OpticsFast,[5] online retailers specializing in designer eyeglasses,[6] under the pseudonyms "Tony Russo" and "Stanley Bolds".[7] Borker's sales strategy was that there is "no such thing as bad publicity". He intimidated customers and welcomed online complaints about DecorMyEyes because they caused the site to appear higher in Google search results, improving sales.[6]

Borker was arrested in December 2010 and charged with mail fraud, wire fraud and making interstate threats.[8] He pleaded guilty to fraud charges and making threats. Sentencing was postponed on May 10, 2012, to allow the judge to hear testimony from dozens of victims who reported being threatened with violence, including murder and rape.[9] On July 11, 2012, after hearing from five victims, the judge called their testimony about the threats "highly credible" and ordered Borker jailed without bail.[10] On Thursday, May 25, 2017, Borker was arrested and charged with wire and mail fraud associated with alleged harassment and abuse as operator of the website OpticsFast.com.[1] On February 22, 2018, he was sentenced to two years in prison for violation of his 2015 parole.[3]

On March 20, 2018, Borker entered into a plea deal for the 2017 charges.[11] He was later sentenced on April 24, 2019, to two years in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, a $50,000 fine, and a $300 special assessment.[12]

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They advertise products they do not have. Once you order what you want and pay them, they will email you telling you they no longer have this product and to select another. When you say no and ask for a full refund they are RUDE AND OFFENSIVE and tell you they will deduct money from your return and to choose something else. I have never experienced this type of customer treatment in my life. Disgusting is being polite. The guy who text me was rude and condescending. The guy who emailed me finally gave me a full refund. The stress I experience was horrible.

Charged me for un-requested work

Sent a pair of Hugo Boss sunglasses to have a new nose piece put on for 19.99. Received an invoice for 79.97 for things I didn’t need. Called the company and they said they would fix the problem. 3 weeks later all I have received rude e-mails wanting to know when I am going to pay.After reading trust pilot reviews, I told them to throw them out. That was a week ago and they still are texting me looking for payment. Your site was the final straw in making my decision. Thank you.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I inquired on line about replacing the scratched lenses on my Coach sunglasses. I was sent a prepaid shipping label but I checked reviews of this company and because of so many unfavorable ones, I decided not to proceed. Since then I have been harassed with text messages threatening to charge me a cancellation fee. RUN - DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a very wrong company

This is a very wrong company. I ordered my sunglasses 24th of september 2019 and have paid them , but i didnt receive any eye-glasses at all. They didn’t react on my (in total 10) emails and the phone numbers of this company don’t work at all!!! I am afraid that i lost my money to these thiefs😡
