After a rough start

After a rough start , I finally got my glasses. It was worth putting up with a lack of communication and an exercise in my patience because I eventually got the glasses I wanted. I still don’t know where they are located and it would help if their answering service would return calls. Texting is not my thing and I’d appreciate a return phone call . I did get my glasses but it took a lot of energy and some obstacles . So... if you have patience, they do come through .

Lying birch

So I’m from Italy and they have just taken 600€ from my credit card. I received an email that say they are sorry my item was broken etc and they asked for a copy of my credit card for security. I compiled a report in the police station and now I’m waiting. The money are gone!

It's a credit card scam

It's a credit card scam. If you google the website, you get a Wikipedia entry on a felon named Vitaly Borker, Right after my purchase, there was no email confirmation. Within hours, my bank alerted me that someone tried to use my card 3 times to make purchases from Walmart, for total over $600.

I placed an order with them

I placed an order with them, used my credit card, my card no was stolen and card was compromised. Tried to call the toll free no. and it is "out of service". Unfortunately I think this is just a way of getting your credit card no. They won't respond to my email and the phone no. is bad.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE Total scam. Owner did prison time for harassing customers and threatening them. My credit card was used in fraud days after giving it to them. They lie and cheat.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. TWICE I DID AND IT JUST SO HAPPENED MY CREDIT CARDS THAT I USED (DIFFERENT ONES EACH TIME). WERE HACKED... FOR OVER $300 EACH!! IT IS NOT A COINCIDENCE!!!! I HAVE READ OTHER REVIEWS THAT IT HAPPENED TO OTHERS TOO.... THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. THEIR WORK IS CRAP...MY REPAIR LASTED LESS THAN A MONTH!! THEY DO THE REPAIRS BUT THEN THEY STEAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. THATS WHY THEY DONT USE PAYPAL...BECAUSE THEY CANT STEAL INFORMATION THROUGH THAT!!! They have the worst customer service the lady I talk to was rude as hell very unprofessional she told me she was going to throw my glasses in the garbage and hung up on me I feel like my glasses are being held hostage if you don’t pay them they won’t give you back glasses I ask to speak to whoever in charge she said she was please do not do business with them

REPREHENSIBLE

REPREHENSIBLE. REALLY THE WORST. Asking OpticsFast.com for an estimate has been equal to getting an email and phone virus. They say they will give you a quote on replacing your lenses, then what you get is a bill. I called to say the quote was too much, they could keep or toss the glasses, and I got a rude and hard sell to wait for a new quote. I declined and told them not to contact me anymore. It's been over a year and they continue to call me, email me, and text me saying that my "bill" is overdue. I've let them know repeatedly that they are to toss rhe glasses and remove my name from their list, and they have not. I would be shocked if they have any 'real' customers. Avoid at all costs!

Possibly the worst company I have EVER…

Possibly the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Sent me the wrong sunglasses, then they refused to take responsibility for it and wanted to charge me 50% if I returned them. Called a dozen times and got the run around. Gave up in the end and sold them at a huge loss on eBay. How is this company even legally allowed to still operate? PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THEM AND BUY ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

Poor customer service experience

I ordered a pair of glasses, and they were kind enough to tell me that the frame was cracked and they didn't feel comfortable selling them to me. They offered me a 15% discount on another pair, which was nice. But when I looked for another color in the frame I wanted, all said they were discontinued. I emailed back recommending that they not show frames/colors that are unavailable, as it doesn't lend to a great customer experience. When I called to ensure my credit card wouldn't be charged, the woman who answered the phone was so ugly and condescending to me. I called her out as being snotty, and she said "Well, your email was snotty." (I don't agree). "If you had looked clearly, you would have seen that all other colors were discontinued." Seriously??? So glad they aren't getting any of my money.

This Company is a Shame

This Company is a Shame, The FEDS, FBI and CIA needs to investigate This Company. They sell Fake Glasses and they take a long time on service. Poor service, Fake product high price, Please take them off of the internet and into the courtroom. They should not be allowed to sell anything, @ anytime @ anyplace @ anywhere......... They should be LOCKED UP.......

TERRIBLE Rudest human on earth.

TERRIBLE! I sent in a pair of irreplaceable vintage glasses to get the lenses replaced. After getting my glasses, they then quoted me triple what they promised on their website. When I called to ask what the extra charges were, the lady was more rude to me than any other human has ever been to me in my life. I was being very kind and didn't deserve to be treated that way. I was absolutely appalled. When I asked to please speak with a kinder customer service representative she hung up on me. Then i called back hoping to talk to someone else. Of course she answered again and told me I was keeping her on the phone and wasting her time with my problems, and hung up on me again. I am kicking myself for not reading these reviews before I sent my glasses in. I pray I will see them again.

STOP! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Terrible experience with a terrible company ordered a pair of $312 glasses and never received it when I called customer service in a very polite diplomatic way I got hung up on 5 different times by a rude lady that was obviously struggling with a high degree of sensitivity I now am pursuing a lawsuit

Most dishonest company ever

Never ever ever send your glasses for repair to Optics Fast. If they loose your glasses they will not reimburse you or give you a new pair of glasses. They are a total rip off!!

This is one of worst companies that I…

This is one of worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I had ordered a Coach frame, but needless to say when it arrived it was not the correct size, I needed a 51 and it was a 53 which was not stated anywhere when ordered. I contacted them by email and they send instructions via email on how and where to return them. I returned them the next day via USPS to the address that they provided. After a couple of days, I contacted them via email about my refund. Their response was once we receive it, and process it the refund will be issued. I checked the tracking number and it was it was received 1/26/2018 at 1:17PM at the receptionist desk. So I emailed them again for my refund stating the above info. On 1/30/2018 the refund was applied to my credit card, but with a restocking charge. I felt okay I least I received the refund. No true, today which is 2/22/2018 I had noticed I had missed a call and I checked there was no message but I could see the phone number, I googled the number and it was this company. In the meantime, I received an email from them and they wanted the tracking number as they still had not received the frames. I called the number and some girl answered and I said did you just call my house, and she said no, I said well I have caller ID and I saw this number, She then asked me is this Sheila which is my name and I said yes..She starts asking me where the frames are and I said I sent them back in January. Well, we checked the PO BOX and they are not there. I was like what is she talking about. I said I will call you back. I had all of the emails yet from them and looked at the address they sent me and it was not a PO BOX. I decided to call the company that we contacted first which was Pricefalls and spoke with the customer service person and explained what was happening and she said do not worry about it they can not do anything like take your money back. In the meantime, I have had about 6 emails from Opticsfast harassing me about this tracking number. I finally called the Pricefalls Company back and spoke to the same girl and she said she would call them and I should not respond to anymore of their emails. Do not deal with this company!

I am filing with the Better Business …

I am filing with the Better Business Bureau about this company. I sent them 4 pair of sunglasses for repair, inclining a pair of vintage Gucci and vintage Oakley frames and 2 pair of Mosley Tribes that are no longer in production. There were communication issues and and they cancelled the repair order 6 months later. They claim they sent back my frames but in the box were only two frames: one pair of plastic oakleys that i do not recognize, NO vintage Gucci, and only one pair of Mosley Tribes. When i called to discuss, "G" hung up on me and said she packed the box herself and all my frames were in it. I estimate they have stolen about $500 dollars worth of property from me. Do not do business with this company!!!

Don't do business with Opticsfast (Scam Company)

In April of 2017, I decided to update my glasses with a new prescription and repair my left earpiece as it had been broken. Optics sent me a mailing lable via e-mail and gave me instructions to fax my prescription. I was e-mailed a quote as to the cost of the repair, with instructions to submit my credit card information so that the glasses could be repaired quickly and returned. This phantom person that calls herself Becky S.advised in an e-mail that I should receive my updated prescription and repaired earpeice within 2 weeks. Needless to say I could never reach this so called Becky S. again.
Now keep in mind I sent in my credit card information when I faxed my prescription in April. Optics did not debit my card until 5/19/17. When I called to ask what was taking so long for my glasses to be returned they claimed they didn't receive payment until 5/19/17. I told whoever the person was I was speaking with that the information incorrect. Why did I say that. The person said are you going to tell me when we received your payment. I said yes and they hung up. I called back and the same person answered the phone and asked me for my customer ID number. I said I didnt have it. The rep said well I cant look it up, I said yes you can. The rep said so you gonna tell me what my job is. I said I know you can find the information, The rep said well give me your zip code. She then looked up my account using my zip and said your glasses were just sent to the lab. I said I sent my glasses in April why is it taking so long. The rep said I'll e-mail the lab for an explanation. I never received an explanation, so I called back in 2 weeks, Now we are into to May. In May, I contacted Optics and asked again what was taking so long with my glasses. The rep said well you got rimless glasses and they take longer to repair. I began calling them every week, and every week there was another excuse. Oh they are still in the lab, that was the weekly excuse. I finally contacted my bank to file a dispute against opticsfastand within one week someone contacted me from Optics asking if I had received my glasses. I told the rep no I had not. The rep said I know what happened but did not give me a reason for what happened.for the length of time it had taken them to return my glasses. On June 2, 2017, I finally received my glasses. I was so relieved, or so I thought. When I examined them, the left earpiece was shorter than the right side. My so called updated lens prescription was totally wrong as my left lens was blurry from what I could see through that lens. The glasses sat crooked on my face and if that werent enough, the left nosepiece broke off minutes after trying them on. Optics had the nerve to respond to my dispute, with my bank by stating they repaired my glasses and since I received the glasses I should pay for their service or I should return my glasses to them. This dispuste went on until October 2, 2017 when my bank finally awarded me a full refund. I had to prove my case by sending them reviews about other customer complaints and the review from the NEW YORK BBB rating which they gave them an F rating.

I hope whoever buys from them reads customer reviews. In short, opticsfast should be shutdown. These people are totally unprofessional, and nasty in nature PLEASE DONT NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM OPTICSFAST

Thieves

OpticsFast is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They are thieves. They will tell you lies and hang up on you if you question their stories. I don't know how they are allowed to stay in business. I sent them a pair of $1,000 glasses for repairs to the frame. They told me that it usually takes 7-14 days. On day 15 (weekday 15 to be exact) after hearing nothing from them I called and was told the glasses were just sent to their "lab". This was a lie because they sent me an email that said the glasses had been sent to their "lab" three weeks before (December 5, 2017). They said to call back in a week, which I did and then they said the glasses were misplaced and to call back in a few days. I called back and was told the same story and to call back in a few days. I called a third time and got the same story. When I asked what they were doing to rectify the situation, the woman got rude and said there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me. I am going to file a complaint with the NJ Attorney General and hope as a result they will be fined and put in jail.
