They ship using usps, so your order will most likely not arrive if you live in Ga. Slow or no response to email or online requests. Overall negative experience. I will pay more to purchase from reputable companies in the future.

Absolute scam. I’m beyond pissed. You advertised 50% off a Rise Armament lower receiver with the purchase of eligible Rise triggers. I purchased FOUR triggers and never received ANY code.

I then had to chase your customer service multiple times, and each time I was brushed off and told to “wait for the email.” After repeated follow-ups, you finally sent ONE code instead of four — which is already unacceptable.

To make it worse, when I tried to use that single code, Rise Armament informed me the code was ALREADY USED and completely invalid.

This isn’t a mistake — it’s blatant false advertising and a bait-and-switch. You took my money, failed to deliver what was promised, and wasted my time at every step.

I’m done ordering from this junk operation. You’ve lost a customer permanently, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how you do business.

I placed two orders with this company as they were one of the very few or the only retailer to have the item in stock. Turns out they did not have it in stock and kept pushing back the shipping date. The first time I called in and spoke to someone and they verified that the item was not in stock and I could cancel the order. I did. The second time I waited till my shipping date was pushed back a fourth time and then I canceled the order. I will never place an order or even visit the website again.

Products show in stock. Been weeks and still not shipped. I’ve had this happen with multiple orders now. Tried to contact Customer Service. Inept company at best, but truly feels like deceptive sales tactics.

They just lie and keep pushing back ship dates for items that were supposed to be in stock. I just finally canceled my order. Sounds like a lot of others also having this issue.

Have been purchasing from Optics Planet for over a year and a half. Because Glock is cancelling some of their pistols, I decided to purchase parts to build a glock. Optics Planet decided they wanted a physical address which they in the past shipped to my P. O. Box without problems. Also, another range buddy did not have the same problem ordering to his P. O. box. Optics Planet doesn't have a set system in processing orders.

Worst bunch of liars! They say they have shipped your product, but in reality, they don't have it in stock. Stay Away!

Non existent customer service. Phone system will never get you to a real person. The items they are selling are from third party vendors. They doubtfully stock anything. Therefore you order you pay and wait for the email that this item is backordered. Then wait for the 7 to 10 business days to get money back for something that when you paid they took out instantly. Then when they ask you to write a review. You write an honest review exposing their crap annddd declined lmfao! So only raving 5 star reviews are allowed hahahahahahaha. Scam don't use buyers beware avoid at all costs.

I ordered an upper from them. When I opened it to attach to lower I got from Palmetto I noticed the upper was completely scratched. I contacted them for a discount due to the fact it would not be here for the holiday. They asked for pictures as I called as soon as I made the request to exchange, so I sent them and they said they would call back and let me know what discounts could be made just waiting on manager. 1 week still waiting so I called and told them just keep the upper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

This company already has a low enough rating so I won't get into the whole deal but just save yourself time and money do not order from this site everything gets lost from here. You will have to go through your bank to do a no payment to be refunded. The customer service people will continue giving you excuses why your product has not been delivered. They do have cheaper prices sure, but cheaper prices don't matter when your purchase is not delivered.

The original optic came with the wrong screw. It stripped out on the first range day. I asked for a new one. They said they would send me one and then they forgot, three weeks later I contacted them and they said they would send it and it would take two weeks. I live in Oregon, the same state that they are located, nothing should take two weeks. They sent me the same screw that stripped out. I put it in the slide and it was loose. I measured the screw and took pics and sent them to this company. I tried to mount the optic to the slide and it stripped out. I asked them for another screw option, a different size and they ghosted me. Unacceptable

Site showed 12 items in stock I order item and they send me a email telling me its backorderd so I told them to cancel the item because they refused to upgrade my shipping or tell me when I could possibly recieve my item, spent 7 hours on the phone with them only for them to remove all my black friday discounts then take 10 days to ship my items, no sticker no coupon code just my stuff, they could give a rats behind about a customer once they have their money

This place is Horrible! Shipping sucks, the phone idiots are worthless! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. I won't care if it went out of business!

They just took my money. They are very arbitrary is their service, or lack there of. I ordered a upper first thr system set me up with the wrong caliber so I initiated a return before I even received the item. I never unboxed it but after it was returned they said I shot the gun with the wrong caliber. It ne er left the box. In the end they charged me $133 for nothing. Just robbery. You cant tryst them bit to steal.

I purchased a Vortex rifle scope online and when they said it was delivered but I didn't receive it I checked with the carrier and found that they had the wrong address.
My invoice had the correct address.
When I finally was able to speak with costumer service they wanted to know if I spoke with anyone at the address that received the shipment.
I told them that there was no home at that address. They offered to reship the order but would require a signature. I work for a living and cannot be home for a random shipment! I had to cancel the order and WILL NOT order from them again.

Hands down the WORST customer experience I’ve ever had. Sent the wrong item, I spent about 6 hours on hold and on chats trying to get what I actually ordered and they expected me to do a whole bunch of paperwork. Ridiculous!

I ordered two items off of this website. they waited until after they took my money out of my bank account to inform me the items were on backorder. Then when I started to get notifications that the items were ready to ship I get another message saying they had not been paid. My bank account clearly shows the money being transferred. They wanted me to pay twice. I called their customer service line that kept me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called the number that was on the email and the robot said my order had shipped (which I doubt). when it gave me my tracking number it said it so face I could barely understand it after four tries. This website is a scam.

I bought 250 rounds of Sig Sauer 9mm from OpticsPlanet, and the ammunition caused constant jams—every round—in both my Glock and Smith & Wesson pistols. I was forced to buy new ammo at the range.

When I asked for credit for the 230 rounds I didn’t use, OpticsPlanet told me it was my problem. A responsible retailer would acknowledge selling defective product and offer appropriate credit. OpticsPlanet did not.

Here lawful U.S. resident in Texas, holder of a valid License to Carry (LTC), and I was profiled, harassed, and obstructed by OpticsPlanet during a simple purchase of a Beretta Xtreme‑S Trigger Kit (a NON ‑firearm accessory).

Discriminatory Treatment: My order was flagged solely because my email ends in “.it”

Their supervisor admitted the EAR compliance form is not sent to all customers, only those they perceive as “foreign.” That is digital profiling.

Constitutional Interference: They forced me to sign an EAR compliance form under threat of cancellation of the order I had already paid.

This was not export control—it was obstruction of Second Amendment rights. Not an exporter, not a foreign national but Texas resident with a legal right to purchase firearm accessories. Not for Opticsplanet

Operational Hypocrisy: After treating the item as “export‑sensitive,” they shipped it via unsecured USPS with no signature / tracking of any sort.

The package was stolen. If the item was truly sensitive, why dump it into the postal system without protection? Their "compliance" BS was eventually unmasked

OpticsPlanet refused to follow up, ignored my objections, and declined my review on their own site.

They censor negative feedback while continuing to advertise “hassle‑free returns.” Silence and censorship are part of the abuse: maybe you are going to be next?

Stay away. Go spend some more money at the original manufacturer
