Really straightforward try and return service. Chose the Edge frames straight away. About a week later they came. Really impressed by the clarity and clearness of the lenses. I went with varifocals, as i really didnt fancy a line in the middle that getting bifocals would of meant. I was a bit worried, because they warn you that varifocals may distort your perception of things on the bike. I must say however, that I haven't noticed this in the slightest. I also went for photochromic lenses. These work brilliantly, and I have used them in the dark, down country lanes, with no problem. I got caught in a heavy shower too, and didn't experience any misting. I've also been on a long run in them, snd was very happy with the lack of movement on the face as I ran. All in all, a top buy. A very happy customer

My last pair of prescription glasses from Optilabs are 10 years old and I still use them for swimming in the Sea.

Within 24 hours I had a call to clarify and advise me on my chosen option. A little over 48 hours later, my glasses arrived. Next day I used them at a clay shooting ground and they were spot-on!

Great service, the glasses are light and comfortable. Tried them on my bicycle ride today and they made my cycling experience so much better. Arrived quicker than what was quoted.

My second pair of Optilabs glasses, even more choice of frames and lens options this time. Great product and competitive price compared to high street alternatives.
Bit of a hiccup with delivery but all resolved quickly with good communication.

Great quality products

I was looking for a new pair of wraparound sunglasses for skiing, not always available in local opticians unless you go for something like Oakleys which are quite expensive!

I found Optilabs and was pleased to find that, not only do they offer a good range of suitable frames, they will also send you up to 3 sample pairs to try out for yourself first. I requested 3 different styles, which arrived promptly and well packaged and even included the correct postage to return them.

I selected a favourite style and returned them, also sending an older pair of my own for a reglaze quote.

My enquiry was handled extremely efficiently and I was very pleased with the prices quoted for both the new pair and the reglaze - in fact I got both, with the top of the range lenses in the new pair - for less than an equivalent pair of Oakleys.

My order was returned very quickly and I am delighted with both pairs. I will definitely be returning to Optilabs next time I need glasses.

Can’t give a answer yet as still waiting delivery, but ordering wise was a good experience so hopefully my glasses when they arrive will be just as good.

Bought previous prescription cycling glasses seven years ago, so used Optilabs again. Bought varifocal cycling glasses. Excellent service, used try before buy, arrived quickly. Ordered online, arrived within two weeks and appear good.

I’ve been trying to get multi focus lenses, I tried contact but nothing seem to be clearEverything seem to be clear now I’d like to say thank you very much Anthony Cook.

They have been great and helpful in my decision in making a choice for my prescription shooting glasses. Do to my prescription, I couldn’t find anyone in the US that could make my glasses at such a reasonable price and of such quality.

Great service got order in 10 working days had been told by high street opticians that I could not get wrap around type glasses in bi-focal

I emailed Optilabs for 3 sample frames that arrived the next day (with full postage for the return). Having tried the samples in the comfort of my own home, I made my choice and ordered my new prescription glasses online.
3 days later I was wearing my third pair of Optilabs glasses.

I've been wanting a pair of varifocal cycling glasses for some time now. Looked at various options and after reading reviews decided to try Optilabs. Best thing I've ever done and from start to finish the customer service has been excellent.
They sent out, foc, three pairs for me to try on and also paid for return postage.
The process of ordering online was easy and simple to do. I, initially, telephone to clarify a couple of details and a very pleasant and helpful lady reassured me and pointed me in the right direction.
Delivery was swift, taking less than two weeks. The glasses are just what I wanted and are faultless.
What more can I say? Fantastic!

I've had two sets of bespoke varifocal inserts made up for my cycling glasses and the results were better than any other I have had in the past. Prices are very reasonable and extremely competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these people or use them again.

Fantastic service, on Sunday last whilst shooting one of the lenses in my glasses became loose I rang optilabs first thing Monday and with no questions asked was told to send them to optilabs. On Wednesday morning I received them back fixed and at no charge.
