New combi boiler installation. Cylinder removal. New radiators installed.
“We got quotes from three companies for this work. Optima' s surveyor was by far the most informative. Their quote was very fair and properly detailed. The work was carried out to a very high standard and the engineers took time to listen and act upon our detailed requirements. Over the course of the installation we had four engineers work on the job. They were all great guys - tidy, polite, friendly and extremely professional. Our new heating system is working beautifully. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”

This is a different company. Initially send a surveyor to check the details of the job. We had a boiler replaced and they found three additional issues (gas supply too small, condensate drain needed to be checked and a gas fire would need to be reconnected and tested). This person was with us for an hour and a half and photographed all mechanical and electrical issues including our connected "Nest", the pump and radiators.
In the end we got a comprehensive quote including all that needed to be done.
We had five quotes. Only two discovered the pipe size. Only one came into the house to check the condition of radiators and pump. Only one asked about the "Nest". All except Optima asked which boiler we wanted (as if we would know!). Optima only offered Worcester/Bosch because it was the most reliable and had the best warranty experienced.
In the end they were the second lowest quote.

Excellent quotation from Andy for a top quality Worcester Compact Combi Boiler. The engineers, Harry and Tom did a good job fitting the boiler and laying a new gas pipe to the boiler. The old immersion heater was removed, as well as the water tanks in the loft. The radiators were cleaned out and thermostatic valves were fitted. A Nest controller was fitted and two filters. All included in the quoted price! All the staff were helpful and friendly, including the receptionists. I would thoroughly recommend using this company.

We had a new boiler fitted by Optima and the work was completed in a day, considering they had to increase the gas pipe size to 22mm and re-route it from the garage where the meter is and all the was round the house to where the boiler would be situated inside. The installers were very careful not to damage anything whilst working and dust sheets were laid everywhere. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Optima.

Our boiler broke in the middle of winter. they, base near our office, promptly visited us and provide quote on site. Installation was in two week time which is understandable due to the season. All done.

Optima was the best of 5 quotes for the boiler I want to have installed. they were not the cheapest but definitely the best value with their aftercare. They took less than half a day to fit and left the installation very clean and tidy.

The guys who came and changed our boiler, added a new radiator, removed all pipework and tanks, oh and plus an outside tap were brilliant. They worked efficiently, quickly and tidily. I was going to use British Gas but decided to use a local company and it was the best choice ever.

I'm very happy with all aspects of my recent installation from Optima. From the initial consultation, follow up calls from their office and the actual work carried out. All staff were professional, listened to what I wanted to achieve and explained everything well.
The price was extremely competitive and having a Worcester boiler fitted has given me peace of mind as they are long established.
I would recommend Optima to anyone considering having a new boiler/heating system fitted although I understand they also do servicing and repair work too.

We had a new gas boiler, water cylinder, thermostatic valves and new Nest controller installed in 3 days. The work was carried out exactly how we wanted, and the team cleared up everyday without any problems.

Tom was very professional and helpful during my initial meeting. The guys who installed the boiler and removed my old tank were quick, organised and methodical and they even supplied some fan heaters to keep us warm while the boiler was out of action. Would definitely recommend Optima.
