Easy to talk with and they in return keeping me informed along the way as work progressed.. provided protection for floors/carpeting. made sure all mess and scrap was taken away from site.. Job well done, recommend them to friends and relatives..

After getting quotes from elsewhere I decided to try Optima. Right from the first time I rang them, I found them to be very polite and helpful. Someone came out the very same day to take a look and talk about my options. Having got two babies and a dodgy boiler, they fitted us as quickly as possible and arranged for the men to get it finished in the day so we weren't without heating. They sent two men who were very punctual and polite, and worked into the early evening until the job was finished. They also cleared up after themselves. They had a small mishap with damaging the loft hatch, but they took responsibility taking measurements and coming back to replace it.

I would also like to say the ladies in the office do a great job too!

All in all we were very pleased with the service and would be happy to recommend them.

Very quick to respond to a cry for help, found the problem, caused by a company that installed my en-suite, and advised action needed. No fuss no quibble, very professional team.

Harry and Tate arrived to fit a Nest thermostat to my system at the agreed time and had it up and running in no time at all with minimum disruption. They tidied up after themselves and went above and beyond the original scope of works to diagnose and resolve an additional problem with my water heating thermostat. Top chaps and top service from Optima.

I had about 5 quotes for my boiler . Optima was by far the best they gave me good advice it was the best quote and they did an excellent job . If you live in the Milton Keynes area look no further than optima .

The engineers turned up on time,worked a very long day with consideration and competence and were most reassuring when an unforeseen problem arose.I would have no hesitation in recommending them and using the company again for any heating issues arising in the future.

From the first enquiry phone call to the finished job - every aspect and detail of dealing with Optima was first class. Their engineers - especially Tom is very polite, efficient, tidy and work to a very high standard. It was an absolute pleasure having them working in the house.
Optima set a very high bar with regards to customer service and workmanship that few companies can reach. I would recommend that anyone considering a boiler replacement should not go ahead unless they have contacted Optima - we will definitely be recommending them and they certainly deserve their "Which" recommended status!

The engineers were very friendly and efficient. At one point three engineers were all working on different parts of the system, one installing the boiler, another in the loft replacing the cold water tank and another fitting the new pump in the airing cupboard. I left for work in the morning and my new system was operating properly and efficiently when I returned home. The NEST system is just awesome. The house was left clean and tidy but most importantly it was warm! Very impressed...

Optima's quote was not the cheapest out of 4 quotes, but they had put the boiler I wanted to exchange for my old one and the other parts I wanted to do at the best price.
Once I accepted the quote, The boiler was fitted within 4 working days. Although we had one teething problem, they were straight out and fixed it and it is running lovely and smoothly. Very impressed with their customer service and their workmanship.

I cannot rate Optima high enough. The service, the immaculate turn out and the amazing job done, which was above and beyond what I asked for, made me more heartened after the terrible service from other companies such as A Shade Greener and other local gas service companies. I cannot rate them highly enough. If you want a boiler fitted etc the price is right and the service is fantastic.

Very well informed and friendly team who worked in an efficient manner leaving everything as they found it - clean and tidy. A friendly, cheerful bunch of lads.

What can I say but a MASSIVE thank you for your prompt response, and helpful attitude to my problem, which it turns out was nothing to do with the work your lads carried out, but caused by my shower tray. Who knew water travels in mysterious ways.
Your team member could not have been more helpful in finding the source of the leak, way beyond expected. He was even kind enough not to make a big issue of the fact that it was nothing to do with the work carried out by Optima.

Excellent survey and quotation process straightforward and very clean and tidy installation. Minor glitches dealt with willingly and positively.

Great experience with Optima. The service was professional, Tom - our engineer - was a delight and he took the time to explain how the system worked in detail before he left. Would definitely recommend Optima to anyone looking for a friendly and reliable gas engineer.

Tom, Richard and Harry have just completed a boiler replacement for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. They arrived on time, were very professional and left everywhere clean and tidy over the three days they were here. We have a very light cream carpet and each day this was covered with a waterproof film and on top of that clean dust sheets, all of which were taken up at the end of the day's work. Very professional and competitive.

Arranged a call out for a fixed fee, and the service was prompt and courteous.
Checked boiler operation found gasket in poor condition which needed replacement but had none on the van. Then carried out test for safety to include checking the gas meter and the gas cooker. Instruments used by operative were technical and not clearly explained function. Operative decided that the boiler was defective & wished disconnect however with no prior warning I wished the boiler to function until repaired or changed.
Operative went away for some considerable time returned and replaced the gasket but stated that the boiler should not be used and should be replaced immediately
I asked about either repair, or replacement and after waiting for over 4 weeks with the boiler still defunct and no response at all from this company, had to go elsewhere for a further service. New engineer from another organisation advised that with some replacement parts fitted, the boiler was fit for purpose and this was completed and the boiler is fine AND DOES NOT NEED REPLACEMENT
I would have to say that although professional in outlook, this company needs to retrain its operatives to clearly state exactly what is required, how much it would cost, how long it would take and not attempt to frighten people in to a needless purchase of a replacement boiler

Our Optima team consisting of Tom, Tate and Harry were very hard working and proffesional and a pleasure to have around. They were always polite and willing to make slight adjustments to meet our needs wherever possible. They always left everything clean and tidy when they finished for the day. They offered more choice in the size of radiators so that they matched the size of the ones taken out. They did an excellent job of the external finishes where the new flue was fitted and the old one was removed. I would highly recommend Optima and their workforce.
