Breach of Contract

Company over promises and under delivers. According to our contract, the company committed to over 1400 records meeting my specific needs, including industry, job titles and company size. The list that was provided had over 1900 records, and only 45+/- (less than 3%) meet the criterial called out in our contract. They focus on the number of records rather than the quality of information. I was promised a refund, which has not been received and they are no longer returning my inquiries. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Premium Quality Email List

I purchased around 3000 contacts of Microsoft Users List and I got great response. My email campaign was successful and the quality leads was one of the factors. Great Customer Service.
