MONEY not REFUNDED

Worst customer support.
I had 10 passes for OmanAir. The Airlines stopped operating on the route purchased for.
The refund was promised with 5-7 days but not refunded yet. Everytime I contact the customer service they give a common response that the team is working on will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours but that never happens.
Please beware guys before you run behind Optiontown to get your MONEY BACK

I received excellent service from the…

I received excellent service from the customer care team. I am in a foreign country and had to cancel my flight back home in Dec 2021 due to unavoidable circumstances. Option town was kind enough to extend my flight pass period and even issue me another ticket on my preferred date. And they did this with very prompt and courteous replies

Eased out of hitches

I had some hitches navigating the site, I sent out an email to customer service, help was at hand within minutes. Very clear and concise communication on what I should do to complete the task I was undertaking. Eventually, the customer service officer that I was in correspondence with carried out the task for me. I really appreciate that gesture. Keep it up Optiontown, and I shall keep it right here!

Beware

Beware their unacceptable customer service. In Sept 2021 I asked to be refunded the rest of my flight pass (with British Airways)which was expiring end of year due to inability to use flights during Covid. It’s now Feb 2022 and I’ve yet to receive my refund. I received an email in Dec saying my refund was initiated and would be paid , and I’ve contacted them a few times in the weeks in between. I’m still waiting while they are looking in to it. I also tried to contact BA directly who is completely unable to help and just passes you back to Optiontown. I’m stuck in a sick loop for the better part of 6m and am out of pocket over £600. Never again would I trust them with my money.

Honestly it’s as great and easy as it…

Honestly it’s as great and easy as it seems. Booking was smooth and easy. Interface is easy to use. Customer support very responsive. We travelled as a family of 5 and I our return flight my wife tested positive and wasn’t able to board the flight. Just contacted optiontown online chat, they only asked for the test result and new date and in less than 24 hours her rebooking was confirmed and emailed me the new resrvation number.
Trust it’s as good as it looks and no hidden catches. Enjoy and don’t hesitate to use.
