Although very difficult to call customer service, your email response has improved greatly—less than 24 hrs.

I had an amazing experience with Option Town pass. My flight pass was to be constantly updated from April 2019 onwards as my family was not travelling during Corona times... Finally in June 2022 i shall be using the same pass. Must say, the customer care support is amazing. They are prompt in response and are always there to help out.

I was served for two days by one Jeffrey Gibson and he managed to handle all my needs from activation of my account to helping me with bookings and payment for my ticket to even following up with my Reservation and issuing me with a ticket.

I have been using Flight pass for the last 3 years but this time i was served to full satisfaction and i am grateful to option town and to specifically Gibson..

Past teo years the agency was in deep trouble and faced a lot of up's and downs finally now an evergreen response and service they brought back.... hats off to you all those who worked hard to make the success to lift it up.....i booked few passes from them and after two years now I want to travel to my home they made it possible with their valuable service thank you Optiontown family 🤗❤️🌷🌷🌷

System is good and flexible but could use a little updating to make it a little more user friendly. Customer support is generally good and helpful.
