Pretty sure this is a Scam

Pretty sure this is a Scam.

All good review seem to be written by Optiontown off fake accounts. I bought a pass and it's been "under financial review" for a few days now. The contact number doesn't work and they have not sent me a single email.

Rip off, avoid!

The Singapore airlines deal is a complete rip off - flights are way more expensive (if not impossible to book) - and not to mention the appalling customer service. You’re better off booking directly from the airlines.

Optiontown keeps amazing me ; it was my second purchase , and I had made a silly mistake. But they help me rectify it and gave me what I needed.

Very very bad experience

Really very very bad experience:
- I bough 12 flights: Lost 6 flights even the flight was cancelled by the airline(RJ) in the beginning of Covid-19 pandemic. Optiontown simply said the RJ refused.
- They broke conditions specifically with respect to availability and booking in the same price during the advanced booking period.
- Every time you do a change you have to pay.
- Problem in online Services. Sometimes you do booking or a change and things disappear; then start the process of contacting them to solve the issue. Happened several times.

- loosing 6 flights and paying differences and other things, the price became double normal. Not to forget the headache and wasting time, specially not always respond in proper time, specially by phone.
Therefore, I will never buy through this site and I do not encourage any one to do so.

Everything mentioned above was documented with screenshots and sent to the Optiontown.

In Brief sorry to say it was very bad experience for me.

Flight pass becames more exlensive and…

Flight pass becames more exlensive and almost close to the normal flight charge. But not bad as long as it has diffrence.
I have recieved a very satisfactory customer service.
I dont know if mentioning names would be convienient to the web, but i would to thank option town team and especial thanks to miss Kelly!!🙏🙏

Can't trust this service

This website has a number of signs indicating you'll be scammed. Firstly, it's very difficult to find details of the registered company behind this service and in my experience, when a company hides details about themselves you need to beware. Secondly, the prices quoted for flight passes are excluding "taxes and fees" - I chatted with support and Victor said indicative tax amounts would be added to the website in a few hours (needless to say, the website still doesn't give an indication of these additional costs and it's a few days later).
I think it's safer to stay away from this site. It appears, from other people's negative reviews, that if anything goes wrong and you need after sales service, you'll end up waiting and out of pocket.

Hard to reach customer service

Hard to reach customer service

Flightpass is good but customer service is hard to reach. I sent an email, whatsapp, called thailand, australia and Singapore numbers and no response. It took me a day just trying to reach them. I got lucky with fb messenger. Someone replied and the person was very helpful. Gave a solution right away. Hope they can improve the call centers and email responses.
