Seriously I would neither recommend optiontown to anyone nor book with them ever again. It has been more than 12 months since I applied for refund but no amount has been credited. I have called them multiple times and all they say is that it will be credited by this week. But that will never happen. They are fraudsters. Poor customer service. This is my worst experience The service is very really bad and harassing.Very horrible and pathetic experience with optiontown. We had been continuouslyfollowing up with them for our refund of April 2021 pass Egypt airlines but the same excuse that they are escalating the issue and will reply at the earliest is being given since then. Although the airlines have refunded the money to them, still the refund is being held back. we are being cheated by them Iata please cancel the license not provide licnese to fraudsters Not even 1 star this company is fraud totally a fraud They use your money Please don't fall into this company also the customer care is the worst if you complaint to them they will not listen and no response from their side too . Customer care service is the worst . I have mailed them they are giving lame excuses . owner also fraud person So you can know what level of fraud these guys are. Please note: This is a fraud company, if airlines contract cancel and block the refund for customer worst customer support. They are cheaters. They won't provide your money back and everytime they will say that in the next
7 days you will get your money back and now it's been 12 months I didn't got the refund till now.

I had an issue with my Philippines Airlines Flight pass, but with the Help of Jenifer issue was resolve immediately..

The worst travel company. You should avoid booking from this website. For any issue they are never available to resolve the
same. Only at the time of taking payment they are quick. I had booked upgrade during 2020 of which flights got cancelled by
Air India due to pandemic and for the refund I have followed up over 200 times on call and
I have sent email. But they have been horribly bad at responding or resolving the matter. Till date I have never
received the refund. And in the end for all the mental agony I had to sue them via consumer court .Horrible company.
A big time scammer & fraud and owner also is fraud only earn money not help to customer

I was disappointed on my purchase of a Philippine Airlines flight pass due to pricing errors. Was assisted well by Mr. Victor Morris to my safisfaction though.

This is a scam website. Booked a flightpass and can’t book any tickets!! They say there are technical difficulties with airlines that will take multiple weeks to solve! Even worse they refuse to give any refund. Stay away from this scam website.

Yesterday 02 JUL 2022 I missed my flight because the check in counter of the Royal Jordanian closed before more than one hour before the flight schedule and all my effort failed to get check in although the UAE Abu Dhabi administration who tried to convince the RJ Operation in charge, unfortunately she refuse didn't respond. I am working in aviation since 33 years, the first time I see bad behaves like this, always there is special cases that should be treated accordingly but to close the check in and ignore the passengers? family? this is not acceptable at all...

I have been waiting since March 2021 for a refund of over £2000 for a BA FlightPass that was cancelled. Optiontown emailed me to state the refund had been made - this was untrue.

I am now about to complain about their conduct to the CMA in light of their letter to travel agents and delays in making refunds and I am now in a position where I have little choice but to start legal proceedings to recover the refund due to me that Optiontown has untruthfully stated has been made.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

The agent at Optiontown was extremely helpful in assisting me with the payment for preferred seating. I was having difficulty getting my credit card accepted on the site, and he went to a lot of effort to get it sorted out.

I am amazed by the smoothness of my transactions and how fast the customer service assists in concerns regarding rebooking, etc. Definitely recommend!
