The Fraudulent Practices of OptraSCAN Inc. – A Warning to the Public
We want to warn the public about the dishonest business practices of OptraSCAN India Private Limited/OptraSCAN Inc. After purchasing equipment from them, we encountered a series of significant issues that exposed their true nature as a fraudulent company.
The goods we received were poorly designed and manufactured, with both hardware and software defects that rendered the equipment completely unworkable. Despite being sold as high-quality products, they failed to meet basic operational standards, and the equipment was still under trial, with the understanding that it would be returned if it did not function as promised.
However, the real shock came when we tried to return the equipment in accordance with the terms. Abhi Gholap, the owner of OptraSCAN, has shown himself to be less of a legitimate businessman and more of a scam artist, intentionally refusing to honor the return terms. Instead of addressing the problems or offering a solution, it seems OptraSCAN Inc. is more focused on pushing defective goods onto unsuspecting customers, then avoiding accountability for their failures.
Even more concerning is their deliberate attempt to suppress any negative feedback. OptraSCAN has been actively removing or hiding critical comments on their YouTube videos, presumably to prevent future victims from learning the truth about their faulty products and dishonest practices.
Dealing with this company has been a nightmare, filled with unfulfilled promises, ignored complaints, and an utter lack of customer support in fulfilling their obligations by refunding us as pre-agreed. We strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from OptraSCAN to think twice. Their business practices are fraudulent, and their products are substandard. Do not fall victim to their scams—be warned!
