We want to make managing our customers' energy easier. Our easy-to-use online portal “My Opus Energy” allows you to view and upload meter readings across multiple sites, search and download invoices and track your energy usage. Anywhere, any place and at any time.

We’re installing the latest generation of smart meters across the UK. Plus with our ‘My Smart Energy’ app and portal customers can view and manage their smart meter usage across multiple sites.

Based in Northampton we employ people from the local area and beyond, offering apprentice schemes and providing flexible employment opportunities for both new-to-industry and more experienced individuals.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We’ve installed LEDs, solar panels and electric vehicle charge points at our office. What’s more, we’re committed to helping our customers reach their sustainability goals by supplying renewable source electricity.

Sven was incredibly helpful

Sven was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions and was able to resolve all my issues and direct me to sign up for a 12 month contract. I am grateful for his service

Scam central they use various dodgy…

Scam central they use various dodgy agent Bionic is one who sell your account to the highest bidder. Opus are one of those who tender out and pay bionic you are a pawn passed around to the highest bidder

Was assisted by Tapi and he was so helpful. He was so helpful and he made sure that everything I needed was sorted. He even promised to make a follow up for me if the things I need are not done in time.

Getting help for settling a bill

I am very happy with the company employee fayza. She really helped to settle my bill and took her time to understand my problem and tried her very best using different sources to help me. Without her help, I would not have resolved my issue. I hope her efforts are recognised by her seniors and she is offered greater opportunities. Thanks a lot.

When the complaint finally got involved everything started to process. The person dealing with the case complaint, completely owned it, and worked very hard to resolve the position to a satisfactory conclusion.

A very positive experience

Following the death of one of our Directors, I needed to gain access to the Opus Account. I was expecting it to be much more difficult but Sophie asked the questions and then checked the answers to confirm I could gain access.
The whole process took less than 30 minutes, including a 15 minute wait before my call was answered.
This interaction with Opus Energy has been very positive and I can now manage our account online.

Efficient service

I spoke to Doris Gerard who immediately dealt with my issue to do with invoicing, she was polite, thorough and did what she said she would do.
So much easier than talking to Scottish Power!
